This exquisitely remodeled condo offers some of the greatest amenities available at any gulf front property. This second floor two bedroom, one bathroom condo offers one of the most convenient locations in all of Sandestin Resort. Enjoy gulf front views and pool views without ever having to step foot in the elevator. Exactly! You won’t have to wait for the elevator to unload your vehicle or get to the beach. This unit has direct access to the parking deck and you are only one level above the heated swimming pool.

Spend your morning sipping coffee and watching the sun rise from the comfy captains chairs or melt into your seat with an afternoon beverage and watch the sun set from your personal balcony!

This condo has been recently renovated including all new furniture, flooring and fresh paint; not to mention the beautiful spa like bathroom. The kitchen is stocked with everything you would need for the perfect meal. There are 2 bar stools and seating for 4 at the dining table.

The master bedroom has a plush king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. The living room sofa is also a sleeper; if you need more room to spread out. When booking a vacation with young children or a couple’s getaway you will agree this is the perfect beachfront condo. The comfortable and clean décor will make you want to return to this fabulous retreat again and again.

When the kids are not enjoying the beach or pool, relax inside in front of one of the three smart televisions equipped with YouTube Tv or use any of your streaming services from home or take the shuttle over to Baytowne Wharf.
Baytowne is a great place to enjoy dinner, drinks, shopping and entertainment without going too far.

**This unit is unfortunately NOT Handicap accessible. There are four stairs up to the level where the condo is located. There is a step up into the unit and you must step over a 6 ` threshold to get from the living area to the balcony.**

LOCATION
Beach, pool and entertainment are steps away, including the beach bar just outside the building. Of all the Sandestin condos on this exclusive 2200 acre resort community you will be one of the closest to the pool and beach. The Beachside 2 pool area overlooking the gulf will give you the option to spend quality vacation time at both the pool and sand while always taking in the gulf views. You can rent chair set up or use our complimentary chairs (5 provided plus 1 umbrella).

AMENITIES
This unit comes with complimentary shuttle access to Baytowne Wharf and other areas of the resort. At Baytowne Wharf you can walk along the cobblestone pathways to the waterfront restaurants, enjoy dueling pianos, Baytowne Adventure Zone, shopping, zip lines, obstacle courses, a marina and more. During the summer there are weekly fireworks and lots of activities. Don’t forget to enjoy Jolie Island paths on the bayside of Sandestin as well.

Sandestin is a gated community with guarded security gate access. This building has additional gated access within the larger community. The beach and pool are also private with gate access, however, the beach is shared with other Sandestin guests.The building itself has some cardio equipment if you want to get in an early morning workout, a tv room and a large ice machine for guests to use.

Security is provided 24/7 at Sandestin and parking is available in the covered lot or on the fist floor outside at the lobby level. There are restrooms at the pool and inside on the lobby. You can reserve your tee times to play golf at one of the three golf courses or play pickle ball or tennis by reserving your court at the Marina. You can reserve beach service (chairs and umbrella in person on the beach) through Sandestin. There is a basketball court located beachside, movie theatre at the shops of Grand Boulevard, fishing charters at the Sandestin Marina and many biking and walking trails. Literally everything you could need or want on your vacation is close by. This unit has FREE WIFI and IN UNIT Washer and Dryer.

PICKLEBALL COURT:
Pickleball Court is now available next to the basketball court in the front of the building.

GOLF:
Sandestin has three courses, however Emerald Bay Golf Club and Regatta Bay are worth the drive to Destin. Also, close by are Santa Rosa Golf and Beach Club as well as Raven Golf Club.

AIRPORTS
Destin Fort Walton Airport (VPS) is 24 miles away and Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (Panama City) is approximately 40 miles east.

Construction Note - The front side of the condo building will be undergoing some renovations 9/22/25 until approximately 4/26/26. The stucco and windows will be replaced. Please refer to the last picture in our listing to see exact location of renovations. Due to the location of our condo, noise should be extremely limited during your stay except while outside near the renovation area - front of the building. The walkway to the Beach House may be affected, and you will have to use an alternative route. The tram pick up will be at the gate to Beachside 2 near the Beachside 1 stop sign.

We stayed for our 25th anniversary… we’ve stayed on the property many times and enjoy the ease and safety afforded there. Unfortunately, we missed the note about construction being done at the pool, so our view was not exactly the best, but the gulf and beach are always beautiful.

This property was great. The bed was extremely comfortable, which is a must when we go anywhere, the location was great, and the view was awesome! The owner has beach chairs and a beach umbrella for use, so you don't have to worry about packing your own. Absolutely a great location that is steps from the beach. The place is beautifully updated and decorated. Perfect for 2-4 people if you don’t mind sharing a bathroom. The tram is perfect for those that want to have adult beverages and not drive. The host is PHENOMENAL. Very fast responses and helped with everything we had questions with. She went above and beyond! Girls Getaway!

When had a great trip. This condo is in a great location. Beach access is right out the back. I would highly recommend beach services; as it is not included with the rental. Nicely decorated. Hostess was very attentive and responded quickly to our needs. We drove all night and got in around 0600; hung out on the beach and to our surprise got to check in early! Would definitely rent again. If you haven’t tried them eat at the Irish Pub and donut hole for breakfast.

This place was perfect for my family of 4! We want to return to this exact condo in the summer. With 2 little ones location is priority, we are always on the hunt for a place on the beach. This was perfect as it was 2 minute walk back to the room incase we forgot something. All of the renovated appliances worked perfectly, we didn't have any problems at all. The PM responded quickly to all of our questions. We felt safe during out entire stay! We will be back for sure! Thank you!!

Have to say was very disappointed with cleanliness-- to start off the hallway was a mess (we had to vacuum)-- once inside it was ok but the sliding glass doors and outside glass had evidently never been cleaned. There was so much stuff on the patio, Im surprised the hoa allowed it. Multiple chairs , multiple umbrellas . Same way with both closets inside, just a lot of junk in them. I tried moving things around so as to not see it everyday .Everything else about the complex was nice , great access to pool and beach

We had a truly wonderful stay at this beachfront condo and couldn’t be more grateful to our host, Josh. From the very beginning, he was incredibly responsive and kind, always available to answer our questions and even helped us resolve a personal issue during our booking, something we deeply appreciated.The condo itself is amazing: very clean, beautifully maintained, and located in a safe, quiet area. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, just a short walk from the sand, and close to everything we needed. Shops, restaurants, and attractions were all within easy reach, making it perfect for a family getaway.The amenities were great as well. Although the renovated pool right in front of our unit opened the day we were leaving (wish we had a bit more time to enjoy it!), we were still able to use the neighboring building’s pool, which was a nice alternative.We had an amazing time as a family, and this property exceeded our expectations in every way. Josh’s attentiveness and the quality of the condo made all the difference. We truly loved everything and would absolutely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing, beachside vacation. Lisa, the host was amazing. Incredibly responsive when we did need to contact her, both prior to and after arrival. The condo was as described - also, well stocked with kitchen supplies and beach toys. The condo is in a perfect location - we didn’t need to take the elevator other than on arrival and departure. The patio overlooks the pool and the gulf and is perfect for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The unit was very clean. Bed in Master very comfortable. Shower was a good size with a great shower head with multiple settings. Washer/Dryer unit also worked well; we were there for 9 days so did several loads of laundry. Would definitely book again!

I always search for way too long every time we come to the beach because we are SO picky about where we stay (the view, the beds, the couch etc.) We are a family of 4 (2 littles under the age of 6) and Lisa's home was perfect. The view of the ocean is lovely and there are palm trees right off your balcony which is so dreamy. We cooked most of our meals in the condo and had everything we needed to do so. We ate our breakfasts out on the balcony each morning. The beach chairs and toys were wonderful so we didn't have to lug those ourselves. The bed was incredibly comfortable, which I know sometimes can be hit or miss with places. We had a few questions pop up and Lisa was amazing at communicating with us. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Location great, home was missing a few things

The location was really great. Some issues with the gate code changing several times unexpectedly. Requested early occupancy which I was told would be 75 for checking in an hour early. In the end, this was resolved, though we still had to wait 15 minutes for the door lock to be reset. Some minor complaints: No squeegie for the glass shower door; no kitchen sink stopper, pizza pan, or oven mitts. No hairdryer, though that was in the fine print, my bad. I was actually glad the pool right outside our building was under construction as it might have been a little too close if it were full of people!Other than that, the beach was just a few steps away, the home decor was lovely and the home was clean.

Great Host and Location!

The owner/host of the property is super and worth 5 stars. She communicated often and as needed. The Location is 5 stars! It is so close to where you park that it makes it super easy to get your belongings to and from the unit. The location to the pool and beach is perfect. Go down one floor and you are at pool and beach. That makes it so nice when you are packing beach chairs (which the host had in the unit) along with an umbrella and cooler. There were a few minor things in the unit that the owner's maintenance/cleaners overlooked (very minor) but I messaged the owner to let her know and she was very appreciative. She is an owner and uses this as her vacation home and allows others to use it through vrbo. She relies on the maintenance and cleaners to do what she expects. Sometimes, they overlook things and she is glad to know what they are so she can make sure they are corrected. Again, very minor. We would stay there again. They are remodeling the interior of the building so even the building itself is being updated. Her unit has already been updated.
