Almost perfect. the only thing is hyatt should have at least one vegan entry in the free breakfast. Theres a lot of people now that are vegerarian or vegan. Having a tofu or vegan patty (either one only) in the complimentary breakfast should not hurt. In fact this will likely attract more customers who are vegan vegetarian or customers who are opting for a healthy diet.

The hotel offers all of the "essentials". A safe in the room would have been appreciated for valuables. Our biggest complaint is about the linens in the bathroom. The "bath towels" were the smallest towels we've ever seen and they were as thin as paper. They were awful.

Check in was not good! When I got to my room the bed was queen beds and I booked a king. The office staff said they was fully booked and he couldn’t do anything about it even after I called and told them I would be there after check in and was told it was no problem.after 45 minutes we was told that they could move us the next day which they did and upgraded us! Problem was handled the next day and after that we had no complaints. The shower is amazing and the bed is clean and comfortable no smells at all from the carpet was a plus!
