From November through February, select homes offer seasonal extended stays for reservations of 30 nights or longer, when available. To preview monthly pricing, search using a 1st-of-the-month arrival and 1st-of-the-month departure date.
For seasonal extended stays, the following additional cleaning fees apply:
- Stays of 30 to 59 nights incur a $150 additional cleaning fee.
- Stays of 60 nights or longer incur a $275 additional cleaning fee.
- These required fees are applied after booking for reservations made on or after July 25, 2025.

Beautiful. The pictures do not do justice to how great the view is. Great and peaceful location. We were "off season" tourists and the beaches were so peaceful and not crowded. Room was great. We had a pet and a toddler and everyone had a good time. Amazingly short trip to walk to the beach. Really fantastic time. Great amenities. So clean and fresh smelling (sometimes pet friendly units get a smell.... not here... smelled like a clean hotel!).

Everything was great. Very clean, spacious and best of all close to the Beach. We would love to stay here again. The only reason they have a four for check in was because we asked to check in early, because of the flight change and no one stayed in it the night before, but they were going to charge us a 50 early check in fee. I did not feel that the extra fee was appropriate, so we waited until 4 o’clock. Other than that, everything was amazingly clean and beautiful. Beds were very comfortable.

This is a great location as far as beach proximity. The unit itself was very clean and met all of our needs. The communication was excellent. Our only issue which is completely out of the owners control was the outside maintenance. The grass was very high all around the building making it very difficult to walk our small dog. He ended up with small thorns all in his hair. All the places we could walk him were blocked off. Just not a good place to bring him. It was also very loud due to the location at night. Teens on gulf carts honking at all hours and the unit above had kids that ran around constantly. Again, none of this is the owners fault but despite all of that we really enjoyed our trip. Just know there is a trade off for the location.

Excellent view! Convenient to the beach. Family frie

We walked through the doors and were greeted by a beautiful view of the gulf! Very family friendly area. Took us all of 2 min to get to the beach if that. Check in was fast and easy! Thanks for a wonderful stay/family vacation! We will be back.

Great stay and will book again!!

We had a great stay. The condo was beautiful. Amazing view as well. The only issue that we had was the TV remotes, and mattress in the room closest to the front door. the TV remotes probably need to be replaced because they work but you really have to push hard on the buttons to change channels. We didn’t watch any tv because of it. And the mattress was a little hard is all. We would definitely book again.
