. Smoking Damage and Extra Cleaning A minimum charge equal to the standard cleaning fee will apply for damage, smoking, pet violations, or excessive cleaning. Damages, Liability, and Security As a condition of rental, Coastline Condos reserves the right to recover uncovered guest or invitee caused losses and damages to the property, including undue cleaning, eviction, service calls or charges, fines or assessments, and repairs or replacements, plus applicable taxes. A minimum charge equal to the cleaning fee on the folio will apply to any damage, smoking, vaping, marijuana, or dog related violation, with additional amounts assessed as necessary for remediation, repair, or replacement.

Perfect for our family and close to the beach
We had an amazing time at this condo. It has an elevator so it’s easy to haul your luggage to the second floor. You can sit on the porch and see a partial ocean view. We had no issues whatsoever. Thank you for a wonderful vacation :)
