Great Place and Description!

Great Place and Description. Everytime we needed something they were right there to take care of it. It wasn't much but they were there and always asking us if it was good or not! They are wonderful to work with!!

My family of four recently stayed at this location. We were disappointed with the cleanliness of this unit. The carpets were dirty with red stains in the master bedroom. The couch cushions were dirty, as well as the pillows on the couch. The views were good with easy beach access.

Property was cute and wonderful location for fun with family

My experience was great until it was time to shower and go to sleep. The pillow casie in master had stains on it and rugs in bathroom was soaking wet and honestly I don’t think the peppery owns have a clue that the condo is being kept as clean but with covid the door handles was nasty and paint around door handles was pretty dirty. Overall I would stay again but bring my own cleaning supplies

Adult only Trip

We had a great weekend away, kid free at this condo. Everything we needed was here! The only downfall was the security guard down by the pool was a real stink. But other then that everything was perfect. Saturday some storms brewed up so we left the beach to go spend it by the pool, majestic pools and ariel dunes1 stayed open for the 2 hrs while the sky looked eyrie, but the guard at our condo shut the pool down. There was no thunder or lightening so we arnt sure why he made this decision. He was a stink about our adult men throwing a football while in the water, mind you this was at night and we were the only ones in the pool. And he wouldnt let us sit on the side with a drink in our hand as grown adults. Real Bummer. Mean while Ariel Dunes 1's security guard let there guests hold beverages while being in the pool. Overall the condo was super nice.

Family Spring Break trip

We love AD & this is the 5th time we’ve stayed at this property. This unit was nice. Didn’t realize AD II doesn’t allow use of the hot tub at AD I property. The kitchen could use some updates to dishes/cookware (also 2 canister sets in cabinets leaves minimal room for food) Beds in both bedrooms need WD-40 or replaced due to squeaking with any movement. Bring extra washcloths. Nice patio furniture. Sofa bed slept well with thick memory foam mattress. We loved the bunk room instead of hallway bunks this time. Couch needs deep clean or replaced. Received multiple emails during our stay from rental agency to report any emergencies. We tried to use our Happy Perks fun pass (free with our stay) to learn you have to call ahead to order these tickets. We showed up at Adventure Zone on our final night & learned we needed a 4 digit code to use the “free pass”. This would be nice to learn ahead of time. We had a great time on this vacay. We enjoy the short walk to the beach.

Great place for girls trip!

This property was great! Had all the kitchen utensils you need. Plenty of towels! And all the linens were white so you know they were washing everything before you staff to ensure cleanliness! We enjoyed it! The only downside with the building-is there is only 4 elevators and with COVID-19, they try to limit the number of people in an elevator so you may be waiting for 5 min or more for an elevator.

A beautiful stay at the beach

Our Experience

We had a great family Vacation and this Condo was beautiful and comfortable. The only issue I had was the door code didn’t work when we got there. We drove 6 hours and arrived around midnight. We was kicked out for 30 min and could not reach anyone to help us till I got through to maintenance and they gave me a code. There should be some kind of after hours number or info for if you are locked out. However aside from that we would definitely stay here again.

Exactly what we expected!

This property has a great location. It’s walking distance to the beach. The property inspector called me the morning of check-in to advise with a little issue with the door code which to me was great service. The property was clean and spacious as we expected and there is very nice furniture throughout the rooms. Excellent choice to stay when visiting the Destin area.
