We have stayed in several places around Destin area. This is by far our favorite spot. Easy beach access and so much to do for kids outside of the beach/pool. We will 100% be back. Condo was clean and spacious, everything you need.

We had a great time during our stay. The condo was clean, and was just as advertised! The location was good and we loved being able to see and walk to the beach every day.

Great Property

This was our twelfth year staying at the Tides. This unit was updated beautifully. Plenty of space. The only issue was I’d have housekeeping wash the floors!

One the nicest places I have ever stayed

Everything about this condo was spot on with what was said on the description. We have been coming to the gulf our entire lives. This is the first time we have stayed in this particular condo and it was one of the best condos in the Tides. Great views, ease to get to the pool and the beach, it was extremely clean and had great customer service. Thank you we will be back again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our new favorite condo at Tops’l. The unit has been fully updated, tastefully furnished and decorated. The pool and beach views are amazing. The condo was clean, but areas like the fan blades, vents and behind dressers were neglected. The property management team were professional and responsive. We did need to rent beach service umbrellas and chairs because the provided items inside the unit were rusty and fragile. Overall, a wonderful stay at Tides 405!

Washing machine does not work ( rinse cycle ) No mattress cover on the master bed ( a must ) The mattress on the master bed is worn out ( so uncomfortable)

Great beachfront condo with a view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: 405 Tops’l Tides was a great unit. The unit has been remodeled/updated and was super clean! Everything was as described in the listing. The location of the unit is perfect. On the beachfront side and close to the elevators. (Our only “issue” with the condo was the water pressure in the shower. More like a light rain than a strong shower. But that’s a personal preference I guess) This was our 4th time staying at Tops’l and our 3rd with Gibson management. We did not have to contact them for anything. But my mom was staying in a unit as well and when she tried to get in her room the batteries to the lock had died. Gibson was on site in 10 minutes and had her ready to go. So I know their customer service is great. We love staying at Tops’l Tides because of the location and amenities offered. Having 2 pools and the poolside bar is amazing. Don’t want to go out for lunch dinner or drinks? They have you covered!! Being located between the craziness of Destin and 30A means you can go either direction for plenty to eat or do. Or right across the street to Baytowne Warf! Check-in/out on the app makes staying with Gibson and Tops’l a breeze!10 out of 10 would stay here again!

Ocean beauty

This was our 10th stay at this property but our first time at this condo. There was a big issue our first night there, but the property manager ensured it was taken care of to the best of their ability the next day. This condo has been beautifully updated. We had a great week and made great family memories while there.
