We provide four portable beach chairs for your convenience.

The parking area can accommodate up to 8 standard-size vehicles.

All TVs in the home are smart TVs with all the standard apps, using high-speed internet. Cable TV is unavailable here, but the apps will provide thousands of hours of content. Bring your password for Netflix, Disney, HBO, etc.

We provide high-thread-count linens and a starter set of toiletries, detergent, and soaps. Guests are responsible for any additional items needed.

Check-in and Check-out times are strictly enforced since our maintenance crew and cleaners will occupy the parking spots from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. There is a minimum fee of $200 for leaving after the posted time because this prohibits the staff from completing the job and will interrupt the next guest’s vacation.

Weddings/Events – If held on property, an additional $500.00 event fee is required.

*The spa/pool can be heated from October 1 to May 31 for an additional daily fee. The pool and spa water both run from the same pump and heater, so pool heat must be selected and paid for before arrival. The spa jets are programmed to run from 5 PM to 10 PM.*

This is a strictly no-pet property. Reservations with pets will not be accommodated.

AGE REQUIREMENT – Spring Break college groups are not allowed. No reservations will be made for students or singles under twenty-five (25). One (1) guardian of twenty-five years or older is required for every four (4) singles under twenty-five. Guardians must accompany anyone under the age of twenty-five (25) at all times and be present during check-in. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed in any of the rental units. Non-compliance with these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Please Note: In lieu of security deposits and booking fees, each LoveRentals booking includes LoveRentals Protect, a limited property protection plan, to provide peace of mind to both our guests and homeowners. The fee for LoveRentals Protect is applied to each booking and covers up to $10,000.00 in contents damage protection and up to $1,000,000.00 in real property protection. Exceptions include but are not limited to cancellations, intentional acts, negligent conduct, and pet damage. Inquire for more information.
