This Coastal Living-inspired 3 bedroom condo has everything for a perfect family beach vacation. It’s only a short drive to the beach and is located in Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort, providing you easy access to award-winning golf courses and more.
When you choose to stay in this 3 BR Hosteeva condo, you’ll be located close to everything Miramar Beach is known for and that includes scenic beach roads, surf shops, fabulous restaurants and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.
Spend the day enjoying Jet Ski rentals, parasailing and many shopping opportunities at one of the nation's largest designer outlet centers, Silver Sands Premium Outlets or head over to Big Kahuna’s Water & Adventure Park to enjoy over 40 water attractions and more.
The 3 bedrooms have plenty of sleeping space that can accommodate up to 8 people with a king size bed in the master bedroom and a huge walk-in closet, 2 twin beds in the second bedroom and a queen bed in the third bedroom. After a day of exploring Miramar Beach relax in your living room by watching TV or enjoy a drink or two on your screened patio.

• State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking.
• No parties or events: Violators will be charged a $500 fine.
• NO PETS. Any violation of the no pets policy will incur a $250.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove fur, odors from the unit/house, and/or linens.

Great stay! For my little family’s first vacation together!

This place was great all around it was clean had great access to everything! Definitely coming back to stay in the neighborhood! Only problem we had was with the washer, but the owner refunded me some money to go to the Landry mat. We had just a blast every night honestly it went by to fast wish we could’ve stayed longer!! Now for the only kicker we pulled up and seen golf carts everywhere and thought we had one as well, but that wasn’t the case which isn’t a big deal, just in the future it would be cool to see it say yes we have one or no we don’t have one. Totally worth it see you next time Sandestin!!

Good property in a nice location

Our group thoroughly enjoyed this property! It was well appointed and centrally located in Baytown Wharf, with plenty of restaurants, shopping, bike trails and fishing nearby. It was perfect for a relaxing getaway for our group of four adults and three teenagers.
