This beautifully renovated two-bedroom, two-bathroom unit on the 3rd floor exudes a bright, airy beach vibe and offers direct beach access with no streets to cross. Just steps away from the pool deck, gazebo, and grill area, this condo features a covered balcony with breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico and the pristine white sands of the Emerald Coast. From the balcony, you can hear the soothing sounds of waves crashing and feel as if the surf is just within reach. March 1 - October 31, you will receive a complimentary beach set up of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella!

Perfect for up to 7 guests, the master bedroom boasts a King-sized bed with a full Gulf view and features an en-suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo, while the guest bedroom includes a Queen and Twin Bed with an attached bathroom, also accessible from the living area. The spacious living room provides plenty of comfortable seating, along with a pull-out Queen sleeper sofa for two additional guests. The fully equipped kitchen comes complete with all major and small appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals with stunning views of the Gulf. For added convenience, a private washer and dryer are located inside the condo.
