Clean & Ready for Guests! Recently Remodeled, Steps to the Beach!

You can't get much closer to the beach than we are! We are located just across the street from the beach, on Scenic 98.
Our beach condo is a 13-unit low-rise. We are located on the second floor. Our private beach access is just across the street! We provide your beach chairs and a large sun umbrella, so you can pack light.
Our condo is completely remodeled and includes stainless steel appliances in the kitchen, with all of the things you need to cook/eat in while you stay. You won't need to pack your wine key, can opener, or blender!
**Please note that we have always taken pride in the cleanliness of our property and we are currently and for the foreseeable future, taking extra measures for cleanliness and sanitizing. Our property will be cleaned and inspected, then sanitized again, between each guest check out. We have always and will continue to supply soap, clean towels, clean linens, and a clean and fresh set of bed comforters and blankets, for each and every guest that stays with us.
The living room features a 50 inch flat-screen TV with digital cable and WiFi for the whole family to enjoy. We have also installed a Roku streaming stick for you to access any of your personal subscription services. It also includes a queen-sized sleeper sofa with linens and space for 2 people to sleep. Also, two comfy reading chairs for your enjoyment.
Enjoy your morning coffee and breakfast out on our balcony, with a lake-view, next door. You can enjoy coffee or a glass of wine on our balcony, featuring a table with 2 chairs and 2 additional padded chairs for all to enjoy a little time outside.
Our large bedroom features a very comfortable King-sized bed with a pillow top mattress. It also includes a flat-screen 32 inch television with cable TV and DVD player for movie-watching, and black-out curtains.
The back hallway is equipped with plenty of room for your hanging clothes and also extra shelving for your other belongings. Next to the storage and closet area is an additional sink/vanity outside of the door to the restroom, which provides the perfect area for you to get ready while someone else showers.
Additional, locked storage on ground level ( directly in front of our covered, assigned parking ) is available in our storage unit. We have room for your beach gear, and any sand toys/beach chairs you might bring. We also have a few boogie boards, beach chairs, a large sun umbrella, and some sand toys for your children to use and return while you stay with us.
The bathroom is sectioned in a way that gives privacy to someone showering, separate from the toilet and sink area. The bathroom includes a full tub/shower combination.
A washer/dryer is available for your use while staying with us, as well. It is located in the hallway, behind our accordion doors. You won't need to bring much more than your clothing and sunblock because we've tried to think of everything for you!
