Cleaning was missed as we checked in, left room and headed off to pool so staff could clean. The mix up was handled quickly. Outdoor patio/ balcony needs serious attention and cleaning. Very outdated televisions and even had VHS players with tapes. Nostalgic! Not bad for the price I suppose. There is a waste water lift station for all high rises from what maintenance informed me. A west/ southwest wind can get to smelling ripe by pool area. Oh and the pullout couch, you’re laying on literal bed springs.

Spacious and conveniently located!

We stayed for a week with our two kids who are almost 6 and 3. We were so pleased with the spaciousness of the condo, the gorgeous view of the water, and easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. We appreciated that there were plenty of bath towels, beach chairs, and a washer and dryer. It was a great trip!!

Excellent unit!

Will definitely be back with my family! Unit was very clean, comfortable, and stocked well with everything that we would need. Was a little nervous as this was our first time traveling with our 2 year old who has limited safe food options, but was very thankful that the unit had everything we would need to be able to make her meals.

Vacation and Wedding Trip

We stayed at this property for my niece's destination wedding and it was perfect. We arrived before check-in and with all the madness that goes along with a destination wedding, Kathleen was gracious enough to allow us to get into the property early after a long road trip. The property was as listed and even better in person. I can't recommend it enough.

Girls concert weekend

Lovely home.! We had four women. The bunk bed didn't work well for our fourth, but linens were ample to make her sleep well on the pull out sofa. Concert venue and beach/board walk access are great. The pool and Cabana bar are right there. Hey, what can I say? It was great!!

Ideal location!

My family enjoyed our stay here very much! The easy walk to the beach included two separate shower stations for hosing off. The pool was a delightful end to a day at the beach. The view from the balcony was lovely! Inside we were grateful for the excellent climate control, access to our favorite TV programs, and plenty of bath towels for everyone. All appliances worked well and we had enough soap and paper products for a 2 - 3 night stay for 6 of us. Kathy was great to work with - absolutely no complaints! Thank you for letting us stay!
