This 3 bedroom luxury villa is located perfectly in Seascape resort and sleeps 8 with the beach access only a 10 minute walk. This villa features a very updated and modern interior and access to all Seascape resort amenities. This villa features 3 bedrooms with a king size bed in the master bedroom, Queen size bed in the 1st guest bedroom and two twin beds in the 3rd bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa in the living room. There are HDTVs in the master bedroom, guest bedrooms, and living room. Villa comes with building washer and dryer, wifi, cable TV, and pool access. Guests booking through our website also have the option for to add a Pack' N play rental. 

Seascape resort villas provide all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 5 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and a travel crib.
