It was a very nice place. The host was easy to get in contact with. The only thing I didn’t like was one bedroom had the back door to the pool. The beds were very comfortable. Lots of room for a large family.

Great backyard and spacious house with lots of beds. Would love some beach chairs and more outdoor lights such as string lights outside with add a very nice touch since some of the lights outside are dim.

The property needs updating. The furniture in the living area is so old that the couches are shedding material from the couch. This material is black pieces so we kept sweeping it up. The house feels run down. The yard needs cleaned up. Everyone in our party got little sticker things on there feet and we also had them in the house. I feel this owner is seeing how long they can keep leasing the property before they clean the place up. P Woukd never stay there again.

Amazing Home & Outdoor Area! Short walk or cart ride to the beach!

This home was great and fit our family's needs. It had plenty of bedding, was very clean, and was short walk to the beach. The backyard and pool area was a great spot for our family to swim and relax with games and they even had a cornhole set to use! Communication with the management company was great and they were able to get us in early which was a plus. We decided to also rent the golf cart which made getting around even easier. We will definitely be back!

Pleasant Stay

The property is as pictured and its in a quiet neighborhood although there are people constantly passing by on the way to the beach. We walked to the beach while the older members of our party drove. The house is in a great location. My only complaint is that the golf cart was moldy from being left to the elements, this wasn't an issue for us, and the first floor bathroom was clogged up so we could only use the upstairs bathrooms. We have a family member that has arthritis so this was very painful for her. I called maintenance and was told that they could not get anyone out until the next day. This is understandable but the next day came and no one showed or called. I got a text from maintenance the following day asking about the toilet but we had already checked out. Other than this, the house was really nice and suited our large family. The kids really enjoyed the pool and we even used the gas grill in the backyard for s'mores. I would recommend.
