This property was excellent. It was very clean. It was in a quiet neighborhood. It was safe very close to the beach also. The hosts of this property were available when needed to communicate and very friendly. I would advise parents to understand that this house is in an HOA community so very strict rules very strict policies to follow. I 10 out of 10. Recommend this property. Very happy.

The property was very nice and updated. The 4 bedrooms were great for all the kids to have their own space. The community pool area was grest for all of us, and was clean and easily accessible with a short walk (6 minutes). They have some beach stuff to use along with a wagon to get it there so we walked to the beach most days. It was a great stay, and we would use this property again.

We loved our stay. It felt like home! All my kids were comfortable. We are a family of 8 and we were so pleased and enjoyed every moment there. Quiet place and so close to the beach. Property is immaculate. Everything is well kept and the most well stocked of any place I’ve stayed (I’ve been coming for over 30 yrs). House is spacious and very comfortable. Owners are very responsive to messages and very helpful in the booking process. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect, peaceful, and practically everything you need!

This beautifully up-date home is fully outfitted with everything you need minus a few spoons. It was spacious, clean, and close to both the pool and beach. It was pretty inside and out and felt like our home away from home. Would be perfect for two families of 4-5, but also for a smaller party who wants to be able to retreat to their own room. Highly recommended and hope to be back.

The perfect stay outside of the 30A madness

Our family chose to stay outside of the 30A/Seaside craziness. We have rented condos in Maravilla before but this was our first time in a house. Roman let us book for a little less than a week, which was very accommodating! Check-in was a piece of cake and the house was perfect! Plenty of space in the main room for a small gathering, game night or just conversation. The back porch was great for grilling and shaded. The beds were extremely comfortable. The house was down the street away from the busiest part of Maravilla, which we liked. We were really pleased with our stay and look forward to going back!

Awesome property with two pools

Communication with owners was great. Check in was easy. House was very clean with everything you need. Maravilla has two pools, beach access is across the street from front pool. Loved everything, wouldn't hesitate to book again.
