Beautuful property great restaraunts, location is perfect! Front desk not the friendliest, room was clean and well apointed with fireplace and antique bed frame bathroom was terrible, poor lighting dirty shower, really needs a makeover. No lobby coffee or water and a very limited hotel store.

You will notice in the pictures on the website there are 5 rooms that look pretty modern and 5 that are more vintage. We stayed in one of the St. Croix suites (one of the vintage ones and not the one that is pictured on the website). It was clean, but interesting... the hot tub in the room (which we did not use) is right on the carpet, which seemed odd to us. The air conditioner is in the main room, so the bedroom got a bit warm at night. The view of the river is amazing. The room could use a larger table for eating, a refrigerator, ice bucket, and a dresser. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The lobby was clean and welcoming. I would stay here again, but maybe in one of the more modern rooms. The vintage rooms gives a little bit of "The Shining" vibes. lol

Had a great experience. We loved the overall stay and our room was super cute.The parking was not free, but it was very convenient having the reserved parking for the downtown area. Even after our checkout we wanted to stop and shop at a couple more stores before heading back home and the inn accommodates the extra time for you to stay in their parking lot. Definitely would recommend staying here and will be back for our next visit!
