Located close to the port in a quiet street! Renewed and spacious rooms, very comfortable to stay in! The front desk also was extra helpful, amazing tips on what to do and extremely friendly! Really great service, did absolutely everything they could to help us Great value for money, would definitely recommend
We have just returned from an island hopping trip and did 3 nights here Rooms where perfectly clean and had most of the things that I personally like to find in a room. Had difficulty finding it at first and had no communication prior to our stay to offer guidance. On arrival at 15:15 we were met with a note on the reception desk to tell us which room we were staying in. This put me on a downer straight away. If we were arriving late this would have been what I expected but not mid afternoon. The rooms and balcony were clean and spacious and reception offered guidance on the best place to hire a quad to get us around at a good price. The hob (2 rings) blew the electric if you had 2 on at the same time. This wasn’t much of a problem for a 3 night stay and we just made the best of it. The only thing that stopped this being an excellent from me was the arrival. I would recommend this place to anyone. Not sure if I would stay here again myself but that’s probably because I have done and seen Milos now so doubt I will return as there are lots more places yet to visit however....never say never and would consider should we return
Milos Bay Suites was a lovely place to stay for our three day vacation in Milos. It’s very conveniently located near lots of restaurants, bakeries and markets. It is a very easy walk from the port to the hotel (especially if you travel with only carry on luggage like us). Our room was spacious and quiet. It had all the amenities we needed, including beach towels. The bus stop to get around the island’s hot spots is a 5 minute walk and there are plenty of places to rent vehicles all around the port. The decor of the hotel was beautiful, we sat at our table outside our room or in the front porch near reception playing cards or having a drink before going out. They will do some of your laundry for free which was a huge plus for us after island hopping for two weeks. They also give you bottled water at reception any time you ask. The only thing we noticed was the wifi was very stubborn in our room. We tried to reset it a couple times but would be only load certain pages. The water heater in our room also worked about 80% of the time but alas we were in the hot sun all day and didn’t need super hot showers when we got back. Absolutely not a fault of the hotel but beware the mosquitoes in Milos- of all the islands we visited this is where I got lots of bites. The hotel had a mosquito plug in which worked well while we were in the room. Overall nice place to stay, especially for the price.
We had booked this hotel for our upcoming trip in July to Greece & this was one of the property we were planning to stay. I booked this hotel on 24th June, 2018 for my upcoming trip in July. My check in was suppose to be on 26th July. I booked a non-refundable room and the charges were deducted from my credit card as it reflected in the statement. On 3rd July, I get a mail saying that your room has been cancelled as your card was inactive, i spoke to my bank people and they mentioned that the amount was charged on 24th June itself. Then when I speak to the hotel, they say that we had to cancel the room due to overbooking and will refund your money. As I booked it through booking.com, the property started lying to booking.com that my card was inactive but then when I shared my bank statement with booking.com people, the property then accepted that they cancelled the room due to overbooking. Did they get overbooked 10 days after? I am sure someone must have agreed to pay higher, so they cancelled my room. It is really unprofessional on their part. As everyone knows its super busy in Greece in July and August, the prices of the hotels are increasing day by day. Milos Bay Suites refunded my money but I am not going to get a good property at that rate. They are not ready to compensate. This hotel is very bad and I just read someone else's comment that they cancelled their pre paid room as well. It's pathetic and a shame for the hotel. I hope everyone is reading this and will not make the same mistake again by booking this property. PLease make sure that they do not cancel your room last minute. Horrible and Disgusting Hotel!
We arrived about 5pm for check in. No one at desk, only a sign that said "Siesta" until 6pm. We had to wait. Then when person came, they couldn't find us on their room list despite that we had paid in advance. They made a mistake and did not save us our room. They apologized and found us a room at a hotel next door that was not as nice. And they refunded our money. But for my daughter and I on a special trip to Greece it was a severely disappointing experience.
This place is beautiful, the rooms and so nice and modern yet very homely. Stella here has been amazing. The most helpful staff member we have had in a whole Europe trip. She pulled out a map and circled places we should visit, nothing was to much for Stella she goes above and beyond to ensure you have a great time in milos. A short walk to the beach and places to eat, can’t wait to come back and stay here again.
Stella and the staff were very friendly and could not fault this place at all. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff were always helpful with recommending things to do in the area. Value for money!! Can’t wait to come back :)
We had a really nice time at Milos Bay Suites. The room was quiet, spacious and very clean. Every day they did also our dishes and at the reception they were very kind and polite. Thanks for everything and when we come back to Milos, we will come back to you. Gonnie and Roël
The accommodation is beautiful, modern and spotlessly clean! Wifi is an added bonus! It's a 5 minute walk to the village, and one road back from the beach road. The owner was very helpful and friendly!
We have a 1 bed room apartment, with a large living area with 2 single beds and a balcony. The kitchen was well equipped except that it would be nice to have a kettle, we have to boil water in a pot. The unit was very spacious, bathroom was nicely decorated, water pressure was good except that the management didn’t turn on the water heater the 1st day, so we have no hot water for shower in the morning!! The other thing is that the reception is only staffed from 9am to 1pm, when we checked in at 3pm, nobody was around, a caretaker lady let us in but she doesn’t speak English. Other than that everything was great and they give us free late check out at 3pm.
