Pet fee was charged at check in, it didn’t mention any extra fee on the app. Room was dirty and carpet which we asked for a wood floor. We actually want a fully refund

The room was smelling pretty bad and needed renovation. I booked for two nights and was not able to stay until the last night, due to how dirty and smelly the room was.

The customer service here was horrible. They false advertise the check in time. When I reserved my room, I got a email with my itinerary that said check in 7 am. I get there at 11 and he says no that's wrong. I said well y'all emailed me this. I come back at 1 and checked in. The remote in this room look like a dog destroyed it. When you go up front to talk to receptionist you may have to wait forever even after hitting the bell. When I checked out, the receptionist had his feet on the counter and clipping his toenails. That's is disgusting. I will never come back here. Also the sheets and pillows were extremely dirty and they won't swap them for clean ones. I had to go to Walmart and buy a blanket and pillows with a sheet just to sleep on clean materials. This hotel was a waste of money.

Nice Cozy Comfort in The heart of Town

A nice hotel in walking distance of all your favorite hometown attractions. Pet Friendly The overall stay and accomodations are four stars the initial view of my room is great but then the sheets were stained and the coffee maker had coffee but no condiments pack with the sugar n creamer.
