The front desk personnel was pleasant. The room was cool and clean. Breakfast was substantial with waffles cooked for you, plus Turkey Sausage and eggs served. The area was spaced out well.

Very Helpful staff..Rooms were decorated very nicely.

Very essy access, clean, and wonderful bedding! Would stay again. Its right off highway 441.

We left the football game and got away from the high prices hotels around Athens. It was as nice as you could have wanted. Great service and good continental breakfast.

I was in Milledgeville for a conference and the conference hotel was full. I was able to book at the Hampton Inn for the night. The building is set off from the road and the driveway may be a bit difficult to locate at night. There was work being done on the exterior of the building that partially blocked the driveway in front of the main entrance. I had to wait for someone to come to the front desk, but I got in all right and the room was very nice. I had a comfortable night and the breakfast was good.

The service was great and the hot breakfast buffet was delicious and worth the price.

Must be a fairly new hotel, because it was in great shape. either that or they are maintenance freaks ! The room was large and clean, as well as nicely laid out. Lots of space and very comfortable furniture. Liked the big desk with plenty of plug-ins for electronic stuff. Made working in the room very easy. I was doing research at the Ga. College Library and bringing it back to the room in the evenings to organize it. The room was also very quiet, as was the general neighborhood, which surprised me, being next to a shopping center. It is located 1/2 block off the main drag (US 441) and that is just enough distance to knock off the highway noise, but still close to all the restaurants and stores. It is right across the street from Ruby Tuesday's, Longhorn's, Starbucks, and just down the street from a whole bunch of other restaurants. Since you are right on the main drag, just outside Milledgeville, you have easy access to Downtown, Ga. College, Sightseeing, Sporting Venues, and Special Events. The breakfast the hotel served was great, with just about anything you would want, from a hot meal of sausage & scrambled eggs, to just fruit and juice. The breakfast staff was really friendly and attentive to details. If I just looked like I needed something, they were right on it. Everybody on the staff greeted me every time they saw me in the hallways, and they all asked if I needed anything. When we asked for some extra coffee packs in the room, a staff member brought them right up. They really do want you to enjoy your stay and come back. They have a small pool and an exercise room. Even though I didn't have time to use them, it is nice to know they are there for another trip. The neighborhood is OK for jogging also. A very safe area. I've stayed at hotels where you paid more and didn't get as nice as an experience as this one was. I plan to go back there on my next trip down.

A lot of problems with this - did not have the reservation, power cord was not plugged into back of tv, shower did not work (no water), phone did not work (had to call front office on my cell), breakfast area was too small to handle large number of people. Has the potential to be the best hotel in Milledgeville but needs a lot of work.
