stayed here 1st to 15th june fantastic hotel all staff were very helpful, clean, food was very good , a bit of the same though, only fault a little on the isolated side ,got a bit boring after the first week ,there was just nowhere to go at night the animation team were trying very hard but when there are only 170 out of a total of 700 it was an uphill struggle as most were middle aged guests .bodrum 1 hour away on air con dolmus so 6.50 tl one way so not all that bad,

Stayed here during the May half term. Even though there were only about 50 fanilies this was a great hotel and would definately go back. Jimmy is a character. the staff were helpful and nothing was too much bither. The food was cooked fresh daily but a little repetitive

We stayed at the hotel between 26th May and 3rd June. The staff are excellent, they will go extra mile to make your holiday special. The wifi works fine in the lobby and some parts of the hotel but not in all rooms. The cocktails are good and they have large variety of alcoholic drinks. However this hotel is not 5 star, I would say it is more like 3-4 star hotel. The biggest let down for this hotel was the food. Dont take me wrong, you will always find something to eat but I go on a holiday to enjoy my food. Unfortunately for the first 4 days of our holiday there were only chicken dishes with no red meat meals at all. We tried the cold vegetable dishes but they were not good either. They served ready made meatballs for four days which were horrible. After day 4 of our holiday they started serving one red meat dish on every meal which was ok. The other problem is this hotel is in middle of nowhere so there is no chance of visiting a local restaurant of you don't like the food in the main restaurant. If you keep your expectations low, you may enjoy this hotel. It is worth noting there are better hotels in this price range so would not consider re-visiting this hotel.

My father and I have just returned from an enjoyable yet interesting week at the Crystal Green Bay Resort & Spa. On arrival, we were greeted by an amiable receptionist who ended up allocating us the worst room in the hotel (2 feet from the bar and adjacent to a blaring T.V). After some confusion over the pre-arranged 'large' room via our booking agent, we found salvation with a double and single bed in a room. On topic with the rooms; they were excellently clean, air conditioning was easy and consistent (you could keep it on all day with the electric key card). Showers and toilets were also of a high standard which made the room a nice place to come to after a long day in the sun. In terms of the resort itself, aesthetically it was very pleasing with a beautiful backdrop and still seas. You felt like you had space and weren't treading on people's toes. Due to it being early June, you could easily be out there for 08:30 and get a bed with zero difficulty. The drinks were excellent as were the bar staff. As a beer drinker, it was always cold and refreshing and served out of a glass which was a huge plus in such heat!. The food was steady but not incredibly varied our flavoursome. The soups were tasty and i always felt we could find something to eat each day. The evening meal gets rescued with the show cooking outside. The service in the restaurant was a lottery in itself. If you chose to eat outside, be weary of very chatty waiters who border on intrusive. This sadly got worse during the week to the point of extreme irritation of being bugged as you ate. This is a shame as this was only an isolated few doing it and other the waiters were excellent. On our holidays, we like to use the tennis courts available. They had 2 which were good in surface condition but the net was far too low. We did raise the issue with reception but we were brushed away and it never got sorted. The animation team were nice and good at getting you involved so we did succumb to a few activities during the week. Please be aware that there is a big selling culture around the hotel so expect to be coerced in to jet skis, boat trips, massages and hair cuts. The barber at the hotel was brilliant and I would highly recommend any gentleman to have the Turkish shave experience. We left Turkey satisfied with our week away but I would recommend it but take note of the grievances above.

Just got back from spending a week here with my 4 year old girl, we had a fab time 👍 absolutely beautiful bay with palm trees everywhere, our room and balcony were a good size ,we were in the main building with sea views, if your booking definitely choose sea view 👍 There is virtually nothing to do outside the hotel, no restaurants bars etc, we did take a walk through the pine trees to the next bay but to be honest your not missing anything. It's very easy to get the dolmus into bodrum, but be sure to get timetable from reception and get them to write on the back of it the return bus name (its mescelik) or similar spelling, it's a big bus station with probably 50 buses Food in hotel, some was quite nice , then others were OK Loads of choice. waffles and ice cream served at 3pm in beach snack bar, waffles are amazing, some of the cakes really nice, Jimmy water sports man always walking round asking if you want jet ski or water sports,We went on the speed boat, it was 150 tl for 15 mins, but 5 of those it broke down, we were ripped off, We had Turkish bath and massage if you suffer a bad back tell them I'm still in pain as the lady got on top of me 😱

We first stayed at this hotel two years ago and liked it so much that we returned this year. The reasons we liked it- - Feels very safe and secluded as it's on its own in a small bay - our kids could go off on their own and we didn't need to worry about them. The scenery is gorgeous - The food was ok - not great 'five star quality', but definitely ok for a weeks stay. - The cost was very reasonable for a family of four AI esp compared to Spain - The pools were brilliant - especially the two pools at the top of the hotel which had a couple of great water slides for the kids and were never busy, plenty of very comfy sunbeds. - The whole hotel had a lovely relaxed vibe which is what we were after, but there was enough for the kids to do. There is a basketball/football pitch, crazy golf (very small but it kept them busy!), tennis court etc. However, it is clear that there has been an effect from the terrorism that has hit Turkey since we first visited. The adults only pool at the front of the hotel has gone. It has just been filled in with hardcore. This was a bit of a shock! So before you book, be aware that there are only two pools now, not the three that you may see on publicity photos on websites. The food has also gone downhill. It really was awful. Our boys basically lived off pancakes and waffles and chocolate sauce. The burgers in the snack bar were completely inedible - they were the cheapest kind of frozen burgers that were being cooked by dunking them in the deep fat fryer. Unbelievable. Even the chips were cold - every single time. All the vegetables were overcooked and the quality of the food in the buffet was very very low. I lived on salad and the odd bit of dry chicken. The Turkish night food was lovely tho and just a shame it's not like that every night! The only fresh fruit available were battered past their best apples and tasteless oranges. I was hoping for lots of beautifully laid out fresh fruit every day. It's meant to be a 4/5 star hotel and its actually seriously lacking. Also the drinks - I'm not a big drinker and neither is my other half, but the quality of the drinks in the bars was very very poor. Considering the measures given, we should have been blotto after one glass, but there was little to no alcohol in the drinks at all. There are no brand names at all. None. The wine given at dinner is ok, but again, not great at all. Such a shame as sitting in the beach restaurant having dinner and watching the boats go by should be a fabulous indulgent experience. BUT - the holiday was lovely, and the bar and restaurant staff are lovely and its a real shame that the hotel is suffering. I wouldn't go back there, and I don't normally leave negative reviews, but if I came across web pics of this hotel, and booked it for my family, I would be gutted that I didn't get a chance to find out what the reality is. I really hope they can sort things out because there is a lovely vibe there. Just don't expect to eat well. Really wish I could have been more positive, but I just think people should be aware of what to expect.

stayed here for a week from the 13th may could not fault this hotel food was good staff were excellent very helpful room very clean the lady that runs the shop very friendly and helpful we heard some people complaining about food but they are catering lots of natonalitys not just brits overall brilliant holiday

I stayed at this hotel for three weeks. Service overall is quite average. You may not see many smiley faces around though they promote as a five star all inclusive hotel. In general, you get a good value considering what you will pay. Buffet breakfast, Lunch and dinner almost the same with few changes. Laundry is very expensive. The drink menu is average. The location is quite good. Not much traffic around, lots of greenery so one can have a quite a holiday depending on the room location that you may choose. Do not choose a room closer to the lobby bar near the reception. A lot of late night drinkers around.
