Apartment was excellent. Beautiful views from the 23rd floor, comfortable bed. Towels great. Not happy with the removed shower door or the lack of coffee pods. Made the coffee unit a frustration.

The hospitality of the personnel at the arrival desk was second to none during our stay. They were very friendly and helpful in helping us to obtain transportation and storing our luggage temporarily. We will definitely stay there if we return to Milan and recommend it highly for other travelers.

The apts were large and it was a very quiet building. The equipment eg kitchen facilities and equipment, washing machine, was excellent. The staff were responsive during working hours while there but not always easy to contact before arrival. But they helped to arranged a car company’s and driver who were excellent. The apt was a bit dirty/marked in places eg the shower and the main room walls and in one room the shower had someone else’s hair. But overall it was much better than a hotel. Also excellent views from the high floors.

The property is wonderful, and the location is absolutely perfect—just a 5-minute walk from Milan Central Station and the Metro. I loved the convenience and surroundings. The apartment itself was amazing, and the view from our 19th-floor unit was truly breathtaking. The only issue we encountered was a blocked bathroom sink. I reported it, but unfortunately, it wasn’t fixed during our short two-night stay. Since everything else was excellent, I didn’t let it affect the overall experience. At checkout, I shared this feedback with reception, and they apologised, assuring me that the issue would be resolved and promising a better apartment for my next visit. Overall, I highly recommend this property without hesitation.

Great location, near train to travel around Italy and metro for city travel. Supermarket near apt building. Great for family and picky eaters whom may want to make their own food all utensils and pots needed to cook are readily available. Only wish they had a blender for juicing. But overall great hospitality and stay.

The location was close to Airport and easy walk to main part of city. We had some great restaurent choices in close proximity to the Hotel also. The appartment was very clean and spacious great end to our multi country holiday. Look forward to visiting again.

Property was very well furnished, spacious and clean. Staff were helpful. I would expect more amenities to be made available to guests (basics like a kitchen cloth, sugar, oil, salt etc.). Also the coffee machines runs on capsules that are very difficult to find - should switch to a model that uses cupsules available from supermarkets.
