location is good, close to central station but not the best street. Customer service more and less. Internet connection is a joke! if you want to save money is ok. but is you need to work on computer is impossible.

The front desk people were very nice, but nothing worked. The tv would not work, the safety deposit box did not work, the elevator did not work. The maids and maintenance men were foreign, and could not speak english and not much Italian either. At this time, this hotel does not compete with the others in its price range or location. Window would not open. Coffee was good.

The hotel was fine for an overnight stay; safe, clean, properly equiped except for an extra blanket as the a/c was cold. The neighborhood, however, was quite grim; not at all pleasant to walk around in.

If you cannot find any other place, but must stay overnight near Milano Centrale, consider this hotel. My room was very hot, but it was not possible to turn the heater off. The bathroom was simply steaming! The switch between the shower and tub was not working properly. In addition, this hotel has a strange policy to demand that you give them your room key when you go out. Seems like no big deal, but if you are in a hurry and there is a bunch of people in front of you, may be quite annoying.

Overall is good! Location is very convenient, close to train station!

It was a terrible experience! We were stolen at the hotel! While we went to dinner, our money was stolen not only in my room but in the room of my partner of travel. We loose more than 3.000 euros! I had to go to the police, and the attitude of the staff was really awfull. They say the insure could cover the loosing money...who knows? Plase do not use this hotel!

The hotel was cheap. The bed was horribly hard. The street noises and the the hard bed made it very hard to sleep. I would pay more to get a better room next time or go for a 4 star.

This place is very well located from the train station, as well as quite reasonably priced. However , the lighting in the room was very dim and the walls were dirty and in places peeling. Also, the shower in the bath did not fit into its fixture and so did not stay in place for a shower, it could only be held in the hand for a shower. We were really unhappy to find hairs on the bedsheets of one of the beds. I would not stay here again, and I am really surprised at how they got their 3 star rating. It has already had its fourth star removed, I think another needs to go.

Good for a one night stay before early morning train or airplane connection. Ten minute easy walk to the Central Station or buses taking you to the three Milano airports.

I had a good one night stay at this hotel by myself. It was easier to find and I had two large suitcases that I carried with me from Milan centrale to the hotel with no problem. It's just 4-5 blocks away from the station. I just needed a hotel for one night and it was perfect. The room was small, but plenty of storage, and the bathroom was large. I was pleasantly surprised to find a 4 x 5 balcony off of the room. And, most importantly for me, internet was free. That's a big plus in my book. But don't expect extras. Also, it was just a single bed for one person.

The worst experience at a hotel. I had an emergency and I was trying to make a phone call. I asked the guy at the reception for help several times, he went upstarirs to check the phone. He only checked the line, I knew the line was working, the problem was to make phone calls. I went downstairs to use the phone. When I was in the middle of the call he yelled at me becuase that phone was only to call the rooms. The way he treated me was unacceptable. He never asked what was my situation or what I needed so bad to make a phone call.

Good location near main station. Room was clean with a/c & shower.

Very convenient location for economical travel by train. Close to station; pleasant staff with adequate English for communication; clean room; good coffee; great cold breakfast; resturants close by. Very international clientele. This neighborhood is NOT a problem. We are 60 and felt very comfortable here.

Perfect location. Sound proof. Close to most attractions. Friendly, clean, marble everywhere. I loved it. Great price.

It was close to the Terminal Station but the area just felt very unsafe for women. Thankfully our stay was only for one night and we were happy to get out. The breakfast was ordinary and the staff were okay. The rooms were not bad though.

Overall this was a nice hotel. The staff was generally friendly, especially given that we only spoke English. The location is convenient but that depends on what you're looking to do. It's not near city center, but it is close to the main railway station in Milan (3-4 blocks/ a 5-10 minute walk). If you're like me and like to walk everywhere, then it's not really convenient to walk to places like the Piazza del Duomo. But since it's near the station, you can make good use of the metro (or the trams/buses). Also, because it's located in the area behind the train station, the area can seem to be a bit shady. But the hotel itself is absolutely fine. The breakfast was nice and the facilities were great. Definitely one of the better cheaper hotels I've come across in Italy.

Very close to the central station. The breakfast was good with many options.

THe hotel is close to the train station but in a bad neighborhood. We did not feel safe walking to and from the hotel, day or night.

Good hotel, convenient because very close to the main train station. Nice and clean rooms. Decent breakfast.

Located near the main train station. Nice room but relatively small. Bathroom was clean. LCD TV. Internet via LAN and not free. Staff was friendly. Good buffet breakfast.
