    Sono arrivato puntuale per l'ingresso in camera che si trova all'interno di un condominio di lusso. Ci accoglie la concierge del condominio chiedendoci di attendere un incaricato, in quanto lei non si occupa giustamente di affitti camere. All'arrivo dell'incaricato veniamo accolti con ingenuo stupore, in quanto secondo lui non c'era nessuna prenotazione. Gli mostriamo tutte le ricevute, lui va a parlare con qualcuno e torna confermando la assenza di prenotazione. Contatto l'help di Expedia che mi mette in contatto con una struttura inglese. L'operatrice fa verifiche, si scusa perché il proprietario è in overbooking (!) e mi promette un rimborso. Dopo un'ora nella hall di questo condominio mi cerco un altro hotel da solo, senza alcun supporto
