The overall experience is very poor to me. The room were clean but the furniture were too old and overused (both bathroom and room). Switches very old transmitted a sense of low-end environment. The lack of power sockets available from bed is nowadays NOT ACCEPTABLE. The linens were clean but the bed cover it's (or looks) too old and is co-responsible for the poor customer experience. Moquette on the ground is nowadays considered one of the most dirty things one might think on a hotel room. People might easily suffer for allergic reactions caused by dust. You should speed up the process to move toward an easy-to-clean parquet. Start tomorrow morning. Same can be said for bathroom. Shower is usable but too old. toilet is overused. Towels were good enough. Hairdryer is outstandinlgy outdated and very poor with effectiveness. Bath handles are almost consumed and giving negative / poor user experience. The breakfast is likely one of the poorest experiences I had in the hotel and, in general, during my business trips. Quality of croissants (important in italy) were extremely low. Fried eggs were offered floating into oil. nothing really nice to see. Everything were looking as it actually was. Low quality food given to non-recurring customers. Breackfast personnel was kind. Last but not least, the room keys. You are still using the outstanding old-heavy-DIRTY keys from the 60s. But you know what? The 60s are gone 50 years ago. A 4S hotel MUST use a plastic proximity card as room key. Not only to increase the customer experience but also for a better hygene and - most important - becasue you need to know in every second when a room has people inside and when it's empty for safety reasons. Aren't you tired of wasting money for electricity when guests are not in the room?! Elevators are really too old. They work slow and often the customer has to press the call-botton several time to get the doors opened. Price for parking is ridiculous. The price of the room doesn't really fit the value received by the customer. I will surely avoid to end there next time and will suggest to all colleagues and people I know to do the same. PS: translation into Italian of this page is also very bad. some of the questions can't simply be understood. not very surprisingly it pairs the overall experience.

A decent good hotel: - close to metro station (although quite far from the centet) - clean, big room, confortable - nice and big bathroom - breakfast ok compared to other hotels in Italy. Nothing particular to complain about. However, the general impression is not a 4**** hotel, but rather 3***.

We was first time in Milan, the town was very interesting and nice, the center was full of life. Hotel Nasco has good location with nice walk to the center, nice room and good service. The room was very good, spacious clean room with everything what we need. Only one negative thing was the horrible noise from tram traffic. We have the room in first floor and we couldn´t sleep from 6 o´clock everymorning :-(

It was as I "jump into" the day-to-day life of great historical past of Italy. I mean, the internal decoration, silence, beautiful pictures on the walls, wood stairs etc. This silence was meaningful. The staff was calm and frendly, so were the other customers I have met during the breakfast time (probably due to the influence of historical and silent surroundings of the hotel).

I liked this hotel, tram stops just in front of the hotel and also the metro stop Domodossola is very close. Good restaurants near the hotel. The only negative note is that the temperature in the room was very hot. However I totally recommend this hotel in Milan.

Enjoyed the stay at this hotel. Staff couldn't help you enough if you asked for directions or had any queries and as well as having tram stop outside had metro station just a few minutes walk, We were upgraded to a suite which was lovely and very spacious. Bar service was a little slow at times and a bit pricey but they had taster food at lunch time and evening. Overall a fab stay and defo stay again

Easy to reach the center by tram stop right outside the hotel. The rooms are small but cozy and very clean. Breakfast is rich and well arranged. Unfortunately, as in most places in Italy Wi-Fi not good quality but available! Staff is very polite and helpful!

Very good location for MiCO convention centre. Staff were very helpful and the room was clean. Bread at lunch was stale however and lack of standard size sockets in the bedroom were the only negative points.

Stayed 1 night. Small room but clean and everything worked. Friendly staff. Very good breakfast in excellent location. Very attentive servers. Hotel has a small dining room which was not mentioned by desk clerks when we checked in. In fact staff said there were no restaurants nearby. Then we noticed a small bar 50 feet away but were told no alcohol was available. We only wanted a couple of cold beers. Then one of the clerks said we could get beer. When we went for beer we learned they also had a small restaurant in the next room. We ended up eating there. Wait staff was great and food excellent. Crazy stuff. We laughed it off. Maybe the desk people need a meeting with the restaurant people. We were alone in the dining room of course.

This hotel sits just outside the city centre in Corso Sempione and the trams number 1 and 19 stop right outside. You can purchase your tram tickets from the hotel reception, although you must valid date them on the tram which is very simple. Just enter the ticket into the machine. These trams run every 10 minutes from the hotel stop and take you into the heart of the city where your stop is Cairoli. From Cairoli all the important sights are in a radius of around 10 minutes walking time. We walked from the hotel to Cairoli via the Parco Sempione which also has attractions of its own. The walk can be done in about 45 minutes at leisure but if are like us stopping to look at the sights you can stretch the walk to whatever time you like. The hotel is comfortable and airy with helpful reception staff and the rooms are clean and tidy. The miniature bar is well stocked, the bed comfortable and there is a television and coffee/tea making facilities. The view of our room over looked the main street and you could see the old 1920s style trams running up and down the line. The rooms are quiet and the self serve buffet breakfast offers a wide selection of food.
