We had a great time at Poli Hotel. Although it’s located away from the city center, the peaceful atmosphere makes it a relaxing place to unwind after a busy day exploring Milan. Staff was friendly. We ordered two servings of fish and chips from the hotel restaurant and were literally served 12 fries and 4 fish mediocre nuggets per person. Usually fish and chips come with fish two fillets and a generous portion of fries. Each order order was 18€ plus room service charge of €5. Overpriced and nothing special about the hotel. The air condition also did not work all night. Would not recommend this hotel unfortunately.
