The positive reviews are misleading. This apartment is old and tired. The cold water was turned off during our stay, so the toilet and shower did not work. The electricity was turned off (but later turned on), so the lights, AC, Wifi did not work. We emailed the agency, but no response.

This was...an experience. The room was by far the worst room I’ve ever stayed in. We stayed in the apartment on the top floor which is quite challenging when you’re travelling with a baby and two seniors. You have to lug everything up the steep, crooked stairs yourself. There is no lift. Our room had fuzz balls on the floor, stained chairs, and a couch (that’s missing the fabric on half of it by the way) that very well could have been from Good Will. It smelled, and was VERY run down and poorly taken care of. To top it off, when I went to brush my teeth in the morning, my toothbrush that I had left in the bathroom overnight, had little black BUGS on it. Oh, and the bathroom looks like you could very well catch an STD from it. The vanity wasn’t even fully intact! Overall, this was...an experience. On the plus side, the location was very central to the Duomo, and the communication was good. They just need to give this property a MAJOR makeover. Or maybe a bulldozer. One of the two.

It turned out to be a very expensive stay I surely didn’t pay for quality 15 euros per person for cleaning for less than 24 hours is a complete rip off A hotel is a far better choice

We fixed a time with the number given on the hotel site for our arrival. no one was available and we had to wait for 1 and a half hour for someone to arrive. the apartmrnt is located on the 3rd floor and has no lift as mentioned in the facilities of the unit. we had to carry the suitcase kids and stroller all by ourselves and for the next 3 days we did this exercise.the unit was clean and well equipped however all proud had insect bites as the unit did not have a pest control from long. We were charged 15 euros per person for the stay for the cleaning and this does not appear while the booking is being done and shows only after the booking has been confirmed. wi-fi was one of the best.

Razoável.

Apesar de ter ocorrido um mal entendido no nosso check-in de encontrar o apartamento sujo, pouco tempo depois foram realizar a higienização. O que achamos ruim foi que o quarto fica no 3° andar e não tem elevador. No mais apartamento é muito aconchegante.

3e étage sans ascenseur... mais pas indiqué dans l'annonce ! Odeur de cave... moisi dans la douche (inconfortable et toute petite) Serrure très capricieuse (sketch de 10 mn à chaque départ pour réussir à fermer la porte !) Climatisation hors service (réversible donc chauffage impossible) Mobilier non conforme aux photos (horribles fauteuils en tissu à rayures) Bref : présenté comme design/branché mais vétuste et humide ! Seul point fort : l'emplacement parfait pour rayonner dans le centre.

El lugar muy bien me encanto, solo que no informan qué hay que subir 5 pisos ya que no tiene elevador, y también me pidieron 100 € de garantía al hacer el check in y que me devolverían, pero hasta este momento no recibo nada
