This hotel is fine, it does what you expect of a hotel, it's clean and tidy and well situated. I wasn't paying the bill as I was here on business, but I looked up the price and I was surprised to see it listed at €211 a night. I think you could do much better for half the price. Breakfast is adequate but nothing special - not a great selection of fruit or pastries. Just the one toaster (not enough if you arrive at peak time). And although they will bring you a freshly made espresso, the pots of coffee which are stewing on a hotplate are no good at all. My room was clean and spacious enough - again I was surprised to find the tv only had about 10 tv channels (nothing in English). I was also surprised, on opening the wardrobe, to have a heavy suitcase rack fall out (as if it had been booby trapped) and crash onto the floor just a few inches from my bare feet. My room was air-conditioned but it was very ineffective and didn't really seem to cool the room down much - finally I opened a widow, and as my room overlooked an inner courtyard there wasn't much noise - but I suspect some rooms would be noisy as well as hot. Overall - it was OK, but if I'd been paying for this myself I'd have been disappointed.
The hotel is generally ok, our room was small but nice, the bathroom was spacious and well equipped - most importantly though the place was clean. Big advantage is the fact that there’s a tram stop just outside the hotel and the metro is just a few minutes away - both can take you to all you may wish to see. It’s worth booking in advance though, as the place can be highly overpriced at a short notice.
This hotel is quite good, located in very nice area. Good transport service (trams, metro and trains) and neighbourhood Tortona / Navigli with many restaurants and bars located 5 minutes from the hotel. Rooms are quiet and clean. Unfortunately breakfast is poor.
I forgot my book in the room 507 and went back to ask them if they found it only 3hours after I left in the morning ...and guess what they told me the house keeping manager is not there she left for vacation this morning and took the found/lost items room key with her ! Thanks god I did not forget any more valuable item...This is a No Go hotel for me. BTW The decoration is poor and there was only one towel in the bathroom, the other one was hidden in the wardrobe.
The price rate of the hotel is higher than the quality you get. Rooms are small, they give you the feeling of a studio. Service is ok but nothing special. Breakfast also is nothing special especially for the extra price you pay.
A good, clean, hotel, handy location for tram (15 mins from Duomo). Value for money was high; shame the bar wasn't open either on arrival (17:00 on a Friday) or lunchtime Saturday. But as with all Accor hotels, comfortable room. Only 20 minutes taxi from Linate Airport.
I stayed in this hotel twice during the summer. The first time I stayed in a standard room and the second time I stayed in the executive room. I liked the standard room better simply because then i have a patio and in the exec room I didn't. - The hotel is situated in a central area by Navigly. Quite a lot of restaurants around so no need to eat in the hotel. However on my first night around I did eat at the hotel and that was the first and the last time I dined there. I ordered a steak and the dish was served with some vegetables when it said it's served with salad. Make a long story short the quality of the hotel's food does not justify its price so you better eat out. - There is no gym at the hotel - Breakfast is nice but sometimes the tables are not being cleared at all when all other tables are occupied.... so you have to clear it out yourself. (only happened to me twice tho, during both stays). - The hotel is quiet, wifi is decent. - One more thing : upon arrival there are two plastic cups that 'disappear' (as in not being replaced/renewed) as the week goes, then do your math - on the third day you are left with no drinking ability. Why plastic anyway? It would be so much better just to use normal coffee mugs.
Air conditioning not working and never repaired Hair dryer not working and electrical cables on sight, Cables were covered , device never worked They gave me a discount on the first night, but never resolve the problem
The main reason we picked this hotel was due to its proximity to the canal area where the bars and restaurants were. The hotel is perfectly positioned as it can't have taken ten minutes to get there. The hotel itself is fine. No problem with the room; although not massively big it was clean and bright. There was a fridge and a coffee machine. Apparently, we had been upgraded to a better room which seemed to constitute a free minibar (with a few fruit juices in it which was rarely refilled) and a coffee machine (which rarely had pods). Not really a problem though - when we were desperate for a coffee we just asked reception and someone popped up soon after with more coffee. Bathroom was good and the bed was comfortable. What more can you ask for? Very good value for money. Staff were very pleasant too.
You pay your money you take your choice. Nothing to fault in the hotel it's just a typical accor chain hotel. You know what you're going to get....clean and sterile. Location very close to metro and 10 min walk to canals.
