Stayed 3 nights with family taking 2 executive rooms including a baby cot. Reception Staff were nice & helpful from check in as well as daily greetings not forgetting borrowed umbrella during rainy evenings. They also recommended restaurants in the neighborhood. Nice location close to a tram stop, park & many nice restaurants around. Rooms were very clean, comfortable with nice amenities including a free mini bar of water & soft drinks. Nespresso machine with daily supply of capsules too !

The hotel is located in good area, easy to use Metro to get to railway station (2 stops) for getting to Malpensa airport. Staff is really friendly and helpfull, they even sell metro tickets so no need to do that at metro station. Breakfast is ok or so for Scandinavian traveller. You can choose if you want to have just coffee or bigger buffee.

Selected this place because its location was convenient. Hotel is souless with a bar that has zero atmosphere. Rooms ok with good air con. Was charged €3 for snack food laid out on bar whilst having a beer! No sign or anything to tell you this. Staff very friendly Average at best.

We stayed for 5 nights , requested for vegetarian breakfast but they damn care for request and no bell boys no water facility no ventilation poor television , in one word no value of money . Public transportation though approachable .

Booked for 2 nights in April 17. Hotel is really close to the Sant' Agostino metro stop, so it was an easy 15 minute journey from Centrale Station to the hotel with no changes and it's a 15 minute walk to the Navigli area of town for great food and drinks. The room was clean and quiet and in the morning the breakfast was good value.

The good: good location, clean, very friendly staff. The not so good: uncomfortable bed, no wash cloths, no gym, wifi is spotty, breakfast in morning was edible. This was booked for me through my company but I don't think I'd choose here again unless the rate was stupendous or if you just need a place to sleep.

Stayed for a night during over honeymoon. Clean, modern, spacious room with very comfortable bed. Bathroom is big with great shower and bathtub. Breakfast with limited option but OK. Hotel located near to tram/metro and walking distance to Navigli.

The reception is a little bit slow. Nice hotel, clear rooms, a little bit aged furnitures. The parking is a little bit difficult and expensive. The breakfast is delicious. The coffee is included in the breakfast.

I stayed here for 2 nights. The place is good for a 4* hotel. Small room for single person but very nicely decorated, shower and washroom is really nice. Good service. Staff very friendly. You have to order the iron and there was no iron board. For dining in, they didn't have most of the stuff in the menu. But other than this all was good, and they were able to get me a lemo for the airport during holiday season. Recommended!

Great location, near to a tube station Room very clean and quiet. Room 114 was very silent, perfect to sleep. Also modernly furnished. Wonderful bed - big and comfortable. The room temperature was perfect. Not hot neither cold; pleasant. Shower very good.‎ Plenty of water in the right temperature. Height easy to regulate. Amenities very useful. Staff very pleasant and keen to satisfy. Varied and tasteful breakfast. Attention to every meal detail - taste and presentation. Plant for the Planet really working in this hotel. Towels on the rack ‎were not replaced, which positively surprised me. Negative aspects: the lights from the TV, alarm and light switchs inside the room are too bright to light-sensitive people like me. They woke me up several times during the night. Little availability in the restaurant menu. If there were more options, I would have dined at the hotel restaurant every night, because their food is very good, tasteful, of very good quality and very reasonably priced. Overall, I was very satisfied. Would have given it a 5 if weren't for the room switches' lights.
