We stayed for one night in Milan at Suite Milano Duomo. Check in was easy with Christopher meeting us outside, showing us the room and offering some great tips about enjoying Milan. We had been given some recommendations earlier by Leonardo about restaurants and the easiest way to get to the rooms. The room was lovely with a very large bathroom. It was close to the Centre of Milan and we could walk to the Duomo and the Galleria. Great place to stay in Milan.

My daughters and I loved this apartment, It was beautiful, comfortable and really well located. We were received by a pleasant man who showed us the apartment and was available throughout our stay. When we go back to Milan we will definitely stay here again!

Suite Milano Duomo is a small hotel occupying one floor of an business building. Our room was beautiful and clean with a nice balcony. Xavier and Christopher were fantastic! They were knowledgeable and made our very comfortable.

We loved this hotel. Everything was perfect from the room to the staff. Room and bathroom were sparkling clean with elegant furnishings. Evenings were quiet. Great room to have a restful night. Good location, a walking distance to Duomo di Milano. Leonardo, the owner, was very helpful. Both staff, Christopher and Paolo, were friendly and courteous. Customer service was superb. We will, definitely, stay here again.

We used this accommodation to facilitate our one night stopover in Milan. John Paolo was so welcoming and met us on the street to guide us to the building. The room and decor was very stylish and of a high standard. John Paolo also recommended an authentic sea-food restaurant for us to visit which turned out to be one of our best meals of the full holiday. Would definately recommend these suites to any friends / family staying in Milan.

The owner of this establishment has generously awarded himself five stars in his logo. To be fair, the rooms are beautifully designed and furnished but, sadly, this effort has been sabotaged by management who haven't the least clue what constitutes five star service. Honestly, this place would struggle to get two stars based on my experience. First of all there was no hot water. Now, I understand that things can go wrong in the best regulated hotels but this establishment has nobody on site in the evenings. There is no reception. It took the best part of an hour for the day concierge to arrive and another hour to fix the problem. We fell asleep dirty after a day's travelling. Secondly there is no breakfast available before 8 am. Why? Because they use a local restaurant which opens at that hour. Interestingly, there is a cafe which opens at 7 am just opposite. We had an early flight so we were not best pleased to miss breakfast. I know not all five star hotels can provide breakfasts before 8 am, but I thought I could at least make a coffee in the nespresso machine provided. There was just one snag to this plan. Management hadn't seen fit to provide any capsules. Tea perhaps? Well, sadly we had used the two teabags provided the previous night. I understand five star establishments can't be handing out limitless tea bags to guests but TWO????? The info pack helpfully provided the WhatsApp number for the Manager if I 'had any questions'. Well yes, actually, I did have some questions and composed a short message asking about the lack of coffee etc. Yes you guessed. No reply. This is a beautifully designed place but until it gets a manager who actually cares about the guest experience I'd give it a miss. Cool interior design only goes so far when the service is so poor. On a positive note, Paul the day concierge could not have been more helpful. He was professional and had a great manner with guests. Perhaps he could teach his manager a few tricks?

Even if the employees are really nice, and kind...this is not a 5 star boutique hotel, but an overpriced small room in a 6th floor. No 24 h reception, no decent breakfast, not specially clean. For 220 euros a night, ir is a rip off. There are many options in Milan. Well located, and nice staff. But a complete rip off. Be careful!

My husband and I spent 4 nights at this accommodation. The Suites are fantastically situated (especially for shopping and sightseeing) and just a few minutes walk from The Duomo. The staff, especially Christopher (and Baul) are highly attentive, extremely helpful and provide first class service. Transport to and from the airport was easily and quickly organised for us along with suggestions for places to eat (which could have been booked for us too) and it was evident that nothing was too much trouble. The standard of cleanliness very good with the rooms being cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis. The Café (which is practically next door) where breakfast is served, has a lively and nice atmosphere with good staff and a range of Italian breakfast options. Highly recommended. Thank you Christopher (and Leonardo and Baul) for making us so welcome and our stay ideal.

I just returned from my trip to Italy two das ago. My family and I made our first stop in Milan, the fashion/shopping capital of Italy. Our stay at this trendy suite was wonderful. The rooms were clean and neat. The bathroom was a modern, clean white room. Everything was updated for an older buIdling. The staff was friendly, courteous, and professional. The owner of the suites, Leonardo, was just so warm and friendly. You felt like you knew him for quite a while. His assistant, Paul, handles any questions or concerns very professionally. We were treated with the utmost respect and the entire package made us feel really good about our choice of staying there while in Milan. When we departed for our next stop in Italy, we boarded a train and were enroute to Venice when I got a text from Leonardo letting me know that the maid service had found two passports left in the safe for both my husband and myself. I literally starting freaking out because we could not get on a return train to go back Milan. The train trip was several hours long to Venice. So, Leonardo told me he would currier the passports to us, but he was not sure it would reach us in time during our stay in Venice with it being a Saturday. Our Venice stay was shorter than Milan and we were at the weekend which was iffy. I decided to have them sent to our next destination on our trip which was Florence. Needless to say, for several days my husband and myself were on ‘pins and needles’. On our second day in Florence, we were notified by the management that a package had arrived. I immediately went to the offices to pick up the package which had the passports and some paperwork that They had put into the safe. Now, I don’t know about you, but that trust worthiness is priceless to me. Somewhere else, I may never have recovered those precious books, but thanks to Leonardo and his staff, my husband and I were able to return home without having to go to our American embassy to go through a lot of red tape to leave the country. AND, by the way, I was never charged or asked for any money to currier the passports to us. They had my credit card on file, but never attempted to bill us for our mistake. That says a lot to me. Leonardo.....I cannot thank you enough for all that you did for me. If I ever go to Milan in the future, you can count on me being your customer once again!! small request. Could you replace your safe deposit box with a larger one that cannot be missed by a departing customer? 👍🏻💐

Christopher , Leonardo and the team was so amazing! We were treated as royalties with such a warm and friendly welcome. That accommodation was super clean , and location was in the middle of the city . We occupied 3 suites/7 people, which was very well taken care for. Christopher, you put your soul in this business. You do care ( as the rest of the Suite Milano Duomo team) about us as travellers no matter which side of the globe we are coming from. Can't wait to see you guys soon. NB . All my kids and the rest of us love you and this perfect holiday memory of Milano ❤️❤️❤️💁🏻‍♀️😇
