We really didn't feel we were in Italy. We felt like we were in China. Chinese restaurants , supermarket, retailers .so each time we had to take the streetcar out of the neighborhood to go to an Italuan restaurant. Only on the last day did we discover the Italian part of the area. The hotel was excellent, big rooms, great service, very helpful.
This is a very good, no nonsense option for a stay in Milan. I was taking part in a conference and had only been to this city for very short stays. The hotel is located in a completely Chinese street, however the inside is not Asian at all. Do not expect something sophisticated, the hotel is neither modern nor very stylish, but clean and well managed. The rooms are large enough and comfortable, the meeting rooms are in the same range. The breakfast is quite good. The front desk is not overly warm but efficient and one can buy public transportation tickets there. The hotel is a few minutes' walk from tram stops for lines 12 and 14 which lead directly to Castello Sforzesco and Duomo within 20 minutes. Walking around at any time of day or night is not a problem, and the 40-minute stroll to Duomo is quite pleasant. Recommended.
Very clean with extremely friendly staff. The room was a good size and had everything you could want including hair dryer. Could have offered a vegan breakfast but I didn't warn them in advance so I guess partly my fault. Great location in the heart of Chinatown and within easy walking distance of the metro or a stroll into the heart of Milan. Recommended.
TOP hotel with various option for breakfast. Walking distance to metro station and cemetery monumental. The staff giving complete information when check in but not friendly We need to print document for our transport booking and they help us with no charge.
If you're on a budget, this hotel is good value for money with breakfast and it is included not too far away from the Castle and gardens. The staff is nearly helpful and efficient and the hotel has some beautiful open spaces and gardens. It was nice and clean!
Top hotel. It is a very pleasure hotel, with nice lobby, nice spacy rooms. Breakfast is good. Good thing is that you have a garden for smoking and relax. I dont like only the shower water pressure, it could be higher. But everything is clean and nice including good beds.
This hotel personal is very helpfully . Cleaning is good. The foods is poor, the building is very old and the location is worse . In a China town. Every where is dongerous. You can not to go to outside at evenings.
Nice place to stay while in Milan - fresh fruit at the entrance to compliment the guests, friendly & helpful staff, convenient location (the Milan China town) and transportation to reach the city center.
The hotel is fabulous. Staff in general were very accommodating and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom we had looked very new and the hotel even provided complimentary cotton wool pads and nail files! Very nice touch. Also very handy to have a fridge and kettle in the room. We loved the foyer - very beautifully decorated and the outside terrace was pretty. It was just a shame that the mosquitos didn't want to leave us alone! Breakfast was also lovely and having cappuccinos brought to you in the morning was much appreciated. They also had a wonderful chocolate cake one morning which was the best cake I ate in Italy! The hotel is not so close to the centre but manageable on foot. However, there is a lovely pedestrian street a minute away which was nice to take a stroll on and there are many shops, cafes etc nearby.
This hotel is located in the middle of China town. Close to city centre and close to a lot of restaurants. Although location is good, and hotel is clean, this hotel needs renovation. It is old fashioned in all its ways. Rooms are fully carpeted and have dark outdated furniture. Bed is ok.
