The place is nice, it has everything needed. Location is amazing! Walkeble distance to every important site! Train station wall to wall , metro station 3 min away. Staff resolved immediately the little issues I had. The little gym is a plus !

Good location, the girl on reception at check in was very friendly. The room was basic with a sofa bed which at the time of booking I didn’t realise. The basic things like Tea & coffee don’t exist. The room could use a nice deep cleaning but other than that it was great. Super close to the trains, close to lots of restaurants, and the area was nice and safe. I had a few questions prior to my stay and they responded quickly. We Got there before 3 pm but our room was already available so they let us in early.

Perfect location. Can’t be beat to see historic Milan. But kitchen was absolutely terrible with no light whatsoever. Pots didn’t even fit on the burners. Only one electric outlet worked.
