We asked to be on a high up floor to admire the view and we also asked to check in early. All our requests were handled efficiently and we didn’t even get charged extra for our last minute early check in. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was excellent. Easy to access various parts of Milan on the metro from here too. Would definitely stay again.

exceptional hotel, from the nice customer service to the food,(breakfast included was phenomenal, so many options and fresh). It is also well located. There arw grocery shops, including an Aldi, and a 6 min walk to milano centralie station, among other train stations. Getting to main attractions via train was easy and fast. Absolutely loved my stay.

This hotel is very close to the train station, is brand new, clean and the design is nice too. The rooms are spacious and everything is spotless. I prefer this hotel over some of the older 5 star hotels. If you come with kids, get the interconnected rooms.
