"This is a first-rate international hotel. The location by Milano Centrale is the main attraction, but the hotel is super. The desk and breakfast staff are friendly and speak English. Gluten free breakfast options are available if you ask. The rooms are great. My only criticism is that the doors have some minor issues and could use some love. I would definitely stay here next visit to Milan."

"It was just a very quick overnight stay so I didn’t ask anything of the staff and had no problems. Everyone was courteous and helpful. The hotel is dated and the room small, but I think this is very normal at this price point. Milan is expensive so I was just happy to have something quiet and comfortable with good air conditioning and an overhead fan. It is a heatwave here at the moment and the hotel was very cool. "
