No words, really horrible experience from the check-in until departure. Very unfriendly staff, who ignore guests, bed sheets filthy, shower a horrorshow. Sleep not possible due to extremly loud talking throughout the entire night at the check in area. Sounded as if we were in a brothel.

Horrible place, stinky, I got there and they wanted to charge me 90 more than I had already paid on the site, every time there was an entrance and exit of "coules" who paid rooms per hour, run from that place

We stayed in room 105. Unfortunately, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom. At first we didn’t notice it because we only dropped off our luggage and went out to explore the city. However, when we came back later and took a shower, the smell became unbearable. The shower door was broken, so they had added a shower curtain on one side instead. There was also mold on the bathroom wall. I had to open the window for fresh air, but the shutter handle was broken and wouldn’t open properly. We still managed to get a little air into the room. The curtains had holes from cigarettes even though the room was supposed to be non-smoking, and the walls were dirty with very rundown furniture. Because of the smell, we had to sleep with the windows open all night. Unfortunately, the street outside was extremely noisy, with trams running frequently, so I was unable to sleep at all. The next morning I complained at the front desk, and thankfully they moved us to a much better room. I appreciate that they resolved the issue, but the first night was very uncomfortable and disappointing.

when we checked in door to yard was open,room smelled like cigarettes, receptionist said she did not smell it. You look out of the window and hundreds of cigarettes bttms are thrown there. ( some chinese bootleg cogarettes- and receptionist happened to be chinese - you do the math) She forced us to pay 8 euro tax in cash without invoice. When I contacted expedia she told expedia there was a 3.50 city tax. ( still I dont get why I paid 8 and why she could not give me an invoice)

Lots of stairs with no lift making it super fun to carry lugguage up. Beds are uncomfortable. Bathroom is tiny, does NOT lock and the door does not fully cover the bathroom area making it uncomfortable if you're sharing a room. Water is not hot bit barely lukewarm unless you shower before 6 am. Location seems to be in a shady neighbourhood of Milan, with all homeless people around. Only good thing was the price. Worst of all is the Extremely unpleasant staff. We requested them to turn on the AC and the receptionist actually made us feel like we had asked a huge favor. She came up to the room, then came back down to fetch a ladder to actually climb up and turn it on. They also made us leave our keys at reception everyday when stepping out despite us mentioning our discomfort with doing so.

Chambre au rez de chaussée dans le couloir d’entrée de l’hôtel, à 1 mètre de la réception. La porte de la chambre était si mal isolée que nous entendions chaque petit bruit de la réception (jusqu’aux bruissements de papier sur le comptoir). Un scandale. Nous avons été réveillée chacune des 3 nuits par les visiteurs de l’hôtel et le personnel qui ne faisait pas d’effort pour parler doucement sachant que nous leur avions signalé que nous entendions tout.

O quarto ficava em baixo da escada e do lado da Recepção. Não conseguimos dormir por conta do barulho na recepção. Além disso o chuveiro não funcionava . Os lençóis de cama estavam todos fedendo a cigarro . Não tinha pano para colocar no banheiro ( detalhe que minha amiga é asmática ) . O Box do banheiro estava quebrado e colocaram uma cortina de plástico . A água ficava vazando . Uma total falta de respeito e empatia . Muita coragem pra um hotel colocar hóspedes num local que mais parecia um depósito . Reclamei por mensagem e não obtive retorno . Um caos total . Além disso a recepção é totalmente despreparada para atender as pessoas com cordialidade. O tempo todo nos cobrando algo por informação . Nos sentimos ameaçados . Não recomendo este lugar . Fujam .

Pessimo hotel a partire dal ceckh in nel quale mi hanno chiesto soldi in più per la camera che spero Expedia mi rimborsi, la camera a dir poco terribile sporca con letto non fatto e coperte macchiate, water con tavoletta e pulsante rotto per l acqua lavandino e doccia intasati pavimento rotto e scricchiolante arredamento rotto e vecchio puzza di fumo e luce nelle scale mancante!
