The stay at as very good overall. The room is small but was perfect for my needs. The air conditioning works but is inconsistent where it shuts in and off during the night. No noise from it but you could feel the changes. I understand the complaints about the noise from the tram. I slept through it but if you are a light sleeper you might get frustrated. The staff is kind and helpful. I would definitely stay again.

Staff was really nice, friendly and helpful. The hotel has a great location, close to a metro station, and tram station 20-30 min walk to the Duomo. The room was clean, being clean every day and good breakfast. Amenities as TV needed more satélite TV’s rather to watch more English speaker channels Overall was great experience, I would stay there again

Be aware that this hotel is right beside a tram line that has a tram every 10 minutes from 6 am until midnight. Very noisy so bring earplugs and ask for an inside room if possible. No AC. The breakfast is extra at $15 but has good variety. Room is fairly small but good for a couple for a short stay. No AC if needed.

Location, excellent. Few stops on the metro to most attractions. Clean and tidy room and bathroom. Comfortable bed, aircon easy to manage. Noise outside from trams but not big deal with balcony doors and blinds closed. Breakfast was okay, nice fresh food, and I *think* hot food could be ordered from the counter, but wasn’t quite sure. Some direction would have helped. Coffee did have to be ordered here.
