An affordable nice stay, not far from downtown.

It was a nice stay, due to the virus we were one of the only guests here. You need to wear your mask, and keep the distance. This is why breakfast wasn't really available. There is private parking, so you don't need to park on the street. The bathroom is shared (only one for five or more room), it can be a problem if the hotel is full.

It's a one star facility, so keep your expectations low. The cost may vary between 50-60€ for a double room with private bathroom, which is quite expensive but normal for Milan. The first receptionist didn't great us and didn't really pay attention to what we were asking. The building appears to be under construction and there are doorways closed by raw cement. The room was fairly clean, especially the bathroom, but the windows was so old that the rain came into the room. Also, the bed was quite uncomfortable, especially the pillows. However,

POOR HOTEL AND SERVICE

This is very bad choose of place to stay if you book over Hotels.com Mainly, hotels.com did't give my credit card data to hotel and after we have wait with my family to enter in the hotel, the poor guy on reception, trow us a way with two small kids. Than he offer some other hotel, which belong to this company, name was Music Hotel, and we went there. Nightmare, bad was stinky and we need to share our toilet with another room. This is gypsy hotel and bather run away before you book there.

Awful hotel awful staff awful location

DO NOT STAY HERE. It's true they say you get what you pay for. This hotel was the worst I've ever seen. We were meant to be here for three nights. From the beginning the staff were rude, unhelpful and grumpy and from when we checked in we were instantly miserable. Our room had a bed, a desk, and a wobbly wardrobe and that was it. No lamps, no plug sockets anywhere near the bed, no kettle, no phone, nothing! There was a smell of faeces coming from the bathroom that we couldn't get rid of, the door handle was coming off of the door to the room too and you had to fiddle with the lock to get in and out of the room as the key was dodgy too. We were told there was a free breakfast, however on going downstairs in the morning we found a basket laid out on the counter containing butter and Nutella and some dried cracker things which was apparently the breakfast. My partner has a nut allergy so couldn't even eat any. We went back to the room and instantly looked for another hotel which we then booked straight away, and left. On leaving I handed the key back to the staff and they didn't even ask why we were leaving early, no apology, no please/thankyou, nothing! They were so rude and just did not care. The hotel was located in a dodgy street full of graffiti, adult shops and litter. It was just a negative miserable environment and was dreadful. Do not stay here! Just pay a little more and go somewhere much more lovely.

They cancelled our reservation without any notice. Arrived there and we didn't have any room. I don't recommend this hotel. When you enter in the lobby everything is old and not friendly.

The hotel was okay. There is 24 hour reception which was awesome. The free breakfast was just crackers and coffee. The room was dirty but we are broke college students so for what we paid it was fine.

No reservation

I used Expedia for over a decade. I never had any issues with hotel reservation. I arrived to the Hotel to be told I wasn't in the system. I showed them my confirmation email and reservation number. The front desk said the hotel was full and they couldn't help me but refer me to an unknown hotel for a lot more money. My reservation was for 2 nights. I had to find my own hotel late at night at outrageous prices and further away from Milan Center. There was no attempt to type my name in the computer to check. It was a Wednesday night and Why was hotel full. I later learn it was the week before Fashion Week. My reservation was missing all of a sudden. Surrounding hotels were all sold out. I booked the hotel over a week before and there were lots of available hotels. I was sitting by the front desk and someone off the street wanted a room in Cash and they got one. The front desk told me the hotel was full.

Danger..This place is a Dive.

Dirty Hotel. Hotel did not have card keys, but had physical keys, moreover you left the hotel you had to turn in your key into the front desk, and had to pick up again at the front desk. Shower was practicably non-existence, 2 ft by 2 ft. toilet worked liked a sink faucet, it did not flus, but required manual control. Front desk person was rude and initially refused to honor the Hotels.com voucher. This place is a dive. Not worth the money.

Atendimento péssimo, Brasil não se hóspede aqui.

Hotel informa checkin 24h é expresso, chegamos às 10 e foi informado que era somente as 14h, atendente não deixou nem usarmos o Wi-Fi do hotel. E depois nós colocou no quarto ao lado da calçada de pedestres. Certamente para fazermos essa avaliação péssima do atendimento.Disse que o cancelamento devolvia o dinheiro, mas no aplicativo tinha multa.
