I picked this hotel because of its central location .It is small, and simple . The room was clean, and ok for a short stay but the shower room was not comfortable , and the shower section was so small in size that you need to be very thin just to squeeze inside. There was no any battery to dry a towel . Ho tea, or coffee available in the room or lounge downstairs , just bottle of sparkling water in the fridge. However , there was some empty space available to render this simple service , and I was told that they do it only for the staff All was ok for me except an administrator lady . I do not know her name as there was no badge with her name, She was not nice , and not even polite . I was glad that she was on duty on my last day of stay at the hotel.The other two men who were on duty prior , were very nice and helping , answering all my questions in English as I could not speak Italian . If a visitor do not look for a really comfortable stay and try to save money , this hotel is okey , but do not expect much comfort

Property is in a great location only a 10 min walk to the train station. Quiet and staff were friendly. Only down side was the shower was tiny and being tall it was hard to adjust.

Avoid

The hotel is 2 floors in a residential building with flats. Room doesn’t look like the pictures. Bathroom is old with pained tiles. There is no mini bar. We could hear our neighbour coughing as if he was in our room. Stuff was making a lot of noise in the morning making it impossible to rest. There are much better choices within this price range.

The room was accommodating for what I needed. Sure it got warm, but the AC unit in the room would get it nice and comfortable in just a couple minutes making it not even a hassle or problem. I wish I got the name of the man who was running for the few days I stayed there, but he was a pleasant person to talk to and I could listen to him talk about the history of Italy and Milan for hours on end if I could. Overall, for my first time out of country, this hotel was a good place for me to stay and the people behind the counter at all times were friendly.
