I visited this hotel on 29th January until 1st February. The hotel is great only stayed in it to sleep. The only downside is that its not close to many restaurants that are open past 9pm. If your wanting somewhere a little more lively I'd advise to stay closer to the towns. The customer service is phenomenal just the carpet in the room was a little grubby and the hairdryer didn't work. Can't comment on food or drinks as we didn't eat at the hotel. Its a short tram ride/bus ride to Milan central train station. Which takes about 30-45 minutes depending which tram or bus you get. Great hotel I don't think I'd visit again I'd want to stay closer to the town. I would recommend it though if you don't mind being further away form tourist spots.
I arrived late and the staff was very welcoming. I however had not understood that the kitchen was closed after 11pm. Having said that the staff proposed to order a pizza outside. They are always very helpful. The room was nice and big. Bathroom was clean and convenient. Breakfast was great and plentiful! I would definitely go back!
The hotel is very nice. Check in was easy and the staff were very pleasant. The reception staff spoke good English and were helpful. My brother forgot his toothbrush and asked at reception if there was somewhere to buy one. The hotel supplied a toothbrush at no charge. Our room was a good size, with a big king size bed. The bathroom was clean with fresh towels, and had a bath with a shower. We had included breakfast when we booked. There was a selection of pastries, cold meats, cheese and also a number of hot items. The breakfast was very tasty. The hotel is not in the city centre and we were a bit worried it would be expensive to get in and out of the centre. But Milan has a great public transport system, with trams, buses & a metro. We purchased a 48 hour pass which could be used on all the forms of transport as many times in the 48 hours. It only cost 8.25 euros. There is a tram stop about a 2 minute walk from the hotel, where you can catch the Number 1 tram in to the city centre. It takes about 30 mins but was a great way to travel. The hotel sells passes for the trams. They also sell various trips, including a city site seeing tour on open top buses. I would happily stay here again.
The staff were excellent. They spoke English and provided excellent advice on where to go for food etc. You can buy tram tickets for the number 1 team which takes you into town after a 2 minute walk. The hotel room was very good and extremely clean. Breakfast was continental which I s a disappointment but sufficed. Bar prices are very expensive but so is Milan. I would recommend the hotel but t it is a 30 min team ride from the centre and not easy to get to from any train station. Looks like it is in a developing business area. The choc chip cookie was a nice touch. Watch out for the Milan tax when you check out. If at malpensa airport get the coach transfer at 8 euros and ask the hotel to pick you up
The hotel is located on a good spot, when you want to save money and travel a little longer to the city. Service was good, the bar does not have a nice atmosphere.. breakfast was okay but not special. So we went to Tom and Jerry for breakfast. Their staff is amazing. Overall it was a good experience and we enjoyed it!
Look rather usual from outside. But the room its a very good one. Friendly and helpful reception. Not in central of Milan but located in a quite area. Very good breakfast too. One thing I wonder if the hotel have aHilton Honors floor... as I'm of their's. Will come back soon
I cant really say whether a hotel is 3 star or 4 star because we really didnt survey all the facilities available. The location is ok, there is a Lidl supermarket nearby (abt 5-8min walk). The room is spacious, the toiletries provided (lotions, shower gels) are from Crabtree & Evelyn, quality products! Very thoughtful of them to provide channel list so we can know which channel speaks english! The breakfast was excellent. Good variety. Suggestion for improvement: - pls provide bottle opener - there shd be a night lamp somewhere
I was visiting Milan with my husband for my 30th birthday .hotel supposed to be 4star I will give max3 rooms needs to be renovated ,plastic cups for coffee in the room . Breakfast was disaster .we were waiting for table long,no cups for coffee, food was gone 1 hour before they closed breakfast. Also my husband make a special request for my in advanced and never was done .long distance from city Centre
The hotel served it's purpose. Last night of Italian vacation and not too far away from the airport. Nice room, but nothing to do around hotel unless you take bus / taxi etc. We ate in hotel restaurant for dinner. The worst meal we'd had in a week. Both meals sent back due to quality. Front desk staff very pleasant. Maitre d' could do with more training.
Good things: - Quite new and well maintained - the rooms at the Hilton Honours Floors are spacious, with good amenities and great bed - free secured parking - the food during lunch and breakfast was correct Not that good: - the staff at the reception could be more focused. They were chatting among themselves, forgot giving back the ID... a little careless.
