The 60-square-meter residence, inaugurated in March 2025, is located at Via Lamarmora 36, on the fourth and top floor of a historic building in the heart of Milan. The property, situated on the top floor with elevator access and a shared garden, consists of a living room with kitchen and sofa bed, a large double bedroom, hallway, and bathroom. Completely renovated and opened with great attention to detail and design, it overlooks Via Lamarmora and can accommodate up to four guests. The apartment is independent and comfortable, extremely bright and quiet, redesigned with care and furnished with antique parquet floors. I wanted to create a space that offers all the comforts of a modern home while preserving the charm of a period residence. At 100 meters, tram line 9 offers a direct 10-minute ride to Bocconi University.
