Not what you would expect from a Crown Plaza Hotel. We’ve stayed here a few times, and this last stay was not as before. The carpet was very dirty in the room and the bath towels were not white anymore. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport, but the cost is 8 euros per person one way.
The hotel is in the middle of nowhere only good for a layover, extremely far from anything interesting. Airport Shuttle is good, restaurants have limited service hours. Room cleanliness was acceptable. I have been in other Crowne Plaza hotels and this is definitely one of the most basic ones with nothing special on it, I even felt that it was abandoned and it was kind of scary.
Well priced.. In the heart of town... Across the street from the main train station... Close to everything you want to see in Turin...
A wonderful last night before heading home from MXP. Staff was great, room was above and beyond. Clean, perfect sheets/pillows, a television that worked. Wonderful bathroom. Highlight was when my wife was showering in hot water, and I wanted to shave, the big mirror had a heated insert that made the steam go away from the center of the mirror so I could shave without having to "wife off" the moisture. Never seen that before!!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone for a one night stay.
A very nice hotel and close to the airport. You can take the airport bus that transfers you to the terminals and parking lots if you want to save money for the hotel shuttle. You will only have to walk like 8 mins. I definitely recommend it although the food prices aren't attractive for what you get. You could eat the same elsewhere for less money but it is really hard to find restaurants nearby. Very comfortable bed.
Very clean, very modern, great and helpful staff. Computers did not work for printing out boarding pass for flight, and there is no wireless for I-Pads, etc.
The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The BIG problem we had was no hot water in the bathroom. Someone came to fix the problem, but couldn't. We should have been offered a different room!
