The hotel is situated within 100 meters from the Metro station (Centrale) which is a hur for all Milan travel. Within a five minute walk you access the bus station where the bus from Milan Linate airport stops (€5 one way). Taxi from the hotel to Linate airport cost about €20 during day time in normal traffic. A very nice and renovated hotel with a very friendly and attentive staff. Lots of restaurants around the corner from the hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

Excellent business Hotel Originally Best Western Very modern clean hotel Free Wifi Rooms modern and smart Five minutes walk from Centrale Station Four stops on the Metro to Duomo Metro tickets from Hotel for 2 Euro per tip

My family stayed here for 2 nights and had no complaints. The hotel is well located, very clean and well run with competent staff. The room was a good size and the bathroom was top notch and very clean. The bed was huge and the pillows were perfect. Breakfast was included and although a small buffet in size it was well stocked with everything we could want. The breakfast staff were also pleasant with great English. Would happily stay here again and happy to recommend.

We only stayed one night at Atlantic but had a great stay. Staff were excellent and very accommodating. They allowed us to store our luggage at the hotel while we had a mini break in the cinque Terre. They offer free coffee in their reception area. Breakfast was great and lots of selection including beautiful pastries and cakes . We will look to return and stay at the Atlantic when we return to Milan next

We just stayed at this place for 4 nights. Location is great, so close to Milano Central station. We could easily access trains to travel out of city day trips. Room was decent and clean. Good overall. You can get taxis so quickly for airport and other places from the hotel reception. Hassle free location. Room might be a bit small but is reasonable I guess for the value.

Hotel is conveniently located near the Milan Centrale station, metro and tram stations. Breakfast selection was good. Most helpful part was allowing us to store our luggage with the hotel during our trip to Venice. Much appreciated!

we spent 4 nights in this hotel/ we got at the beginning a room on a lower floor which was noisy and after we complaint we were moved to a spacious room on the top floor with a balcony which was great/ the service at the the reception was polite helpful and very kind. we highly recommend on this hotel.

The best feature of this hotel is that is a five minute walk from Milan's Central train Station Taxi's to the Duomo are quick an inexpensive especially if you are a party of two or more. The personnel at the front desk are not especially welcoming or friendly. Yes,they will get you a taxi or answer a question but will in no way go out of their way for you. The rooms are recently updated and adequate . If you are immobile in any way make sure you ask for a room with a walk in shower because the bathtub could be very dangerous. No room amenities what so ever. Guests are expected to use a one dispenser. A "Dove"container that one is to use a body wash, hand wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Forget about it ladies it is terrible! Bring your own. There is no information in the room regarding hotel services. A plus The breakfast is good and they even had some pasta! The servers are very nice. I do not think this hotel in any way deserves four stars but it is a solid three because it is far better than any other in this area. I would recommend this hotel for a short stay.

We had booked a Family Room for our 3 night stopover in Milan. According to the description, the bedding configuration was 1 king bed and 1 double sofa bed. We had 3 adults, 1 child and 1 baby and judged that we could easily fit. We had already paid a huge amount for the first night for this room, and when we checked in, we were told we could not be accommodated. In all the other places we had visited, a baby does not count and that makes sense since he's just sharing our bed. We were forced to book another single room for one adult at a cut throat rate of 305 Euros which is not justified for a hotel of this category. As a matter of principle, we refused to accept the rates for the 2nd and 3rd nights and booked a room at a nearby hotel for one adult. Nonetheless, the additional cost of an additional single room for 3 nights was astronomical. If we had known about this, we would have just booked 2 double rooms and paid far less. The hotel should have shown some flexibility and used some common sense. What if a family with 3 young kids checks in? Are they expected to book a second room? The rooms are clean but are designed to be lacking personality and storage space, definitely not to make you feel at home. The "Family Room" was a normal room with the sofa bed opened. There was barely any counter space to put our belongings (enough floor space for our luggage though) and the small desk doubled as our cosmetic and everything else table. There are no drawers or shelves apart from a hanging only cupboard. Not even in the bathroom (where there is just one very slippery hook). Tea making facilities are present but tucked into a tiny alcove with barely enough space, and lousy paper cups. The one good thing about the hotel is the location, but there are many others along the same street, and I would recommend Hotel Berna right next door (where I had stayed on my previous trip and have happy memories about). That was my first choice but unfortunately sold out. This was our last stop on an otherwise fabulous Italian holiday (where we were shown wonderful hospitality and friendliness to the kids everywhere we went) and left a bitter taste in my mouth. Don't call it a Family Room if you refuse to accommodate a family! (Not all families consist of only 2 adults and 2 kids.)

A comfortable hotel near the train station and a major metro station (half a block from the piazza in front of the train station). It was easy to get around Milan from here and there are several restaurants within a short walk. Our breakfast was included in the room tariff and it was a pleasant buffet. They offer complimentary luggage storage after checking out, so one can tour, pick up your luggage and get to the train station easily. The reception staff were pleasant and helpful.
