The property was perfectly located. Extremely clean and friendly staff. The only thing that we did not like was the infant age cutoff which was 2 yrs. We had a 6 yr old who was counted as a full ONE person. This triggering the need for a second room based on total count. Short of that not much in terms of negative comments. Would still recommend hotel.

Super friendly staff, great location in Navigli, breakfast is amazing

Great experience overall. We appreciated the welcome glass of wine and the happy hour tapas. Wonderful breakfast. Loved the location. Very quiet despite outside noise.

A very pleasant hotel, set in the charming Navigli area, next to a selection of restaurants and cafés, within walking distance from Milan old center

Staff let us check into our room early so we could get a nap after an overnight flight. Walk from Hotel to Galeria was perfect. 1.5 miles.

Room was comfortable, clean and modern. Our requests for extra towels and pillows were promptly fulfilled. Front desk staff and bartender were very helpful and really friendly. Buffet breakfast was great with many breads, meats, eggs, fruits, juices to choose from. The neighborhood is enchantingly lively at night- great bars and restaurants line the canal towards downtown. We were invited by friendly local artists into their studios to explore their exhibits. Great people-watching and socializing neighborhood. An easy 20 minute stroll to the Duomo. If you are heading to MXP airport after your stay, a 10 minute walk, then a 10 minute metro ride to the Malpensa express train will get you to Malpensa in an hour.

As we traveled by taxi to the hotel we were alarmed by the neighborhood that surrounded the hotel. The site boasted that it was in such a fabulous location that was in the center of everything but it was kind of a bad area. Once we got into the hotel it was beautiful and the check in process ran smoothely however in the mornings they had rediculously loud construction starting at about 8:30 going all the way until dinner time. the room itself was pretty nice and large for europe but we quickly discovered that there was an ant problem. the room was temperature controled and you couldnt ajust the temperature therefore it was hot all the time and sticky. i would recomend this hotel for the design and the large room size however i would not recomend it if you want to be in the center of milan
