Great location to metro and above ground trolleys. Everyone was very helpful. Great breakfast

the Fiera in Milan is a wonderful convention center, but it's kind of in the middle of nowhere. The Admiral Hotel is the only hotel that is within a stone's throw. If you're going to the convention center, this is your best option.

the room was excellent, decent price, brunch included. the staff was incredibly helpful. what more did I want? nothing.

Stayed here because it was relatively affordable compared to other Milan hotels, but despite lower price it's still not a strong value. It's far from the city center, which helps keep the price down, but everything is outdated, and not in a charming way. Staff is fine, but hotel itself is not where you want to stay.

I stayed in this hotel for 7 days while attending a conference at Milano Congressi. This hotel is just 100 meters away from one of the gates of MICO - very convenient. Also it is just one block away from Milano Nord Domodossola train station. The staffs are extremely helpful. They helped me to order pizzas (you need to speak Italian to do that), provided me suggestions about places to visit and restaurants. Whenever I went to them for help, they were there with a welcome smile. The room was reasonable, there was a queen size bed, two chairs, TV with italian channels. The bathroom was big with a bathtub. The nicest feature was that there was a big balcony. I was fine with the breakfast - you can have croissant, pie, cereals, cake, milk, juice, coffee, etc. Overall, I had a pleasant experience, except for the following facts, which might be serious to some people. 1. I was staying at the 5th floor and the internet in that floor went down for 3 days. I don't know whether I should complain because 5000+ people attended this conference and the same thing happens to me every year in every hotel where I stay to attend this conference. The hotels are not well-equipped to handle this crowd. The bad thing is that the hotel took 3+ days to fix this. The internet were working in the 4th and 6th floors and so we got unlucky in that sense. 2. The AC doesn't work always. We felt the need of the AC on the very first day when we reached there. I went to talk to the reception, but they said that the ACs are not connected now because it is not that hot now and people were using heater till the last week. I didn't need AC in the rest of my stay, but the fact is that you cannot turn on the AC whenever you want. 3. Finally, the bed was not very soft, but I found the same thing in 2 other hotels where I stayed in Italy. By the way, the hotel claims to have a James Bond theme, but I didn't find anything else except some photos. There is some type of club, but probably everything happens in Italian. Overall, I didn't have a four star experience. But still I rated them 4/5 because of all the help they provided to me and the location of the hotel close to the convention center.

Location was ideal. 5 min walk to conference. Good restaurants around Breakfast was ok, not more. I didn't appreciate having to pay 4 euros per hour for internet access. Especially because when it got cut at 1h00am, I had to get dressed and go to the lobby (can't do it any other way).
