Got a good rate for a room and it was worth it. The room is clean and fairly up to date. Only thing that could have been better was the wifi speed....but not a big deal for me.
Out side was very nice but the room wasn't.

The staff was unresponsive and dismissive. The overall service was disappointing to say the least. Room service food was cold and overcooked. Next door neighbor played music all night long and the 24 hour room service I found was nonexistence when I tried to complain to the staff. The Food tray stayed outside my door from early morning to late afternoon. I had to remind the staff several times that it hadn't been picked after I inquired with th front desk whaat was the proper procedure for picking up room service trays. The hotel advertised that the room came with breakfast but that also was not true. Only some rooms came with breakfast and apparently a two night stay didn't qualify for a free breakfast. Furthermore, Half the staff went without masks and so did half the patrons. The only chair in the room was an uncomfortable desk chair. And when I asked for an additional chair I was told the room didn't come with a comfortable chair and they refused to add one. The bath tub was old and chipped and didn't have a slip proof mat.The outdoor pool seemed to be well maintained. This was overall the worst hotel stay I've had in quite some time.
