Check in experience was terrible. I had booked the room 2 days before, and the day of I completed the online pre-check in process. I did that to expedite our check in because we would be arriving late. When we arrived at the hotel our reservation couldn't be found, we were then told our room had someone else in it, and finally a room was available (approximately a 30 minute wait upon arrival). This was for a room that had been pre-paid and pre-check in completed as well. When the agent was unable to find the reservation I was made to feel as if it was my error. He then asked for my credit card to swipe for the incidentals deposit, which I already had a pending charge for this on my card from when i did the pre-check in. When i explained this to him he told me if I didn't like it we could leave. Room was ok, cosmetic damage throughout room and bathroom. Will not stay at this location again.

La Quinta continues to bait and switch the pet fees. On their website it says $25.00 for up to two pets. Then when you get there it is double, plus a deposit You show the website, doesn't matter. They mumble something about max of $75.00 if staying multiple nights. Just ripping people off and can't even own up to it

The room itself was clean and the bed comfortable. The lady that checked us in was awesome. She is the face of hospitality. The young fellow that she was training has a way to go. By the 3rd day he finally recognized that we were indeed guests and not checking in. However, by this time we were checking out. As a negative, if you are a light sleeper, even on the 4th floor the roar from the highway is loud. We were greatly disappointed with the breakfast fare. The eggs were watered down and bland. We ended up just eating breakfast out in order to get a decent meal. While this is not something the hotel can necessarily control, I noted one guest who not only ate breakfast but made extra to take with him. He filled his medium-sized Yeti cooler up with ice.
