The semi-open layout keeps the living and dining areas connected to the kitchen for easy conversation, while still giving each space its own cozy feel. A nostalgic pass-through window acts as a practical island for serving meals, setting out snacks, or chatting while you cook. Built-in bookshelves add warmth and character, styled with decor, books, and games to enjoy during your stay.

Set on a spacious lot with a large fenced backyard, this home offers plenty of room for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy the green artificial grass, bistro lights and several adirondack chairs throughout.

Soak in the clawfoot tub after a long day on site or downtown, then roll into a king bed ready for deep sleep behind blackout curtains. Enjoy a spacious, open primary suite with a flowing bedroom‑to‑bath layout (no bathroom door) that feels like a private spa retreat.

The Secondary Bedrooms:
• A second king bedroom off of the living area (Purple3 hybrid mattress). You will be in a dual-aspect bedroom bringing in beautiful natural light from two directions, and an oversized window.
• The third bedroom with two twin beds, offering plenty of space to rest after a long day. This room does not have windows so it will it is perfect for anyone that sleeps during the day. Situated in a peaceful neighborhood make it easy to rest or stay productive.

Backyard Oasis
Spend hot West Texas afternoons cooling off in the cowboy pool, then gather at the fire pit for s’mores and stories under the big sky. The turf is great for your little ones to enjoy the yard without the mess of dirt.

Guest Access
The home is equipped with a smart lock for keyless entry. Guests have full access to the home and backyard. 4 free parking spaces; 3 in the circular driveway and 1 in the front. There is a separate guest house behind the fence that may be occupied, but each space has its own private yard and entrance.

Interaction with guests
We are a self check-in, contactless home. You will be able to self check-in upon arrival.
We will be available on the app or through the number we will provide to you. Our level of interaction is up to you. We are only a quick message or phone call away!

Other details to note
We want your stay to feel easy and predictable, so here are a few helpful notes before you book:
– There is a $350.00 security deposit to cover any damages. The deposit will be automatically collected and will be returned back to you 48 hours after checkout if there are no damages.
– There is a $100.00 Pet Fee per pet. An additional $50.00 for the third pet. There is $200 pet fee per pet if staying a month long. Three pets max. This will be charged separately.
– Toiletries and other consumables are provided as a starter kit and may need to be replenished for longer stays or heavier use.
– Propane is provided. Charcoal and firewood are not provided.
– Guests are responsible for cleaning the grill after use.
– No parking in front of our neighbors houses.
– Please review our pet fees in our “House Rules” section prior to booking.
– The home and yard are not shared. They are solely for your group.
– The refrigerator water and ice maker are not connected.
Pool:
– The pool and outdoor shower opens around the 3rd week of March - October 31st. They close November - 3rd week of March.

History
Built in the 1920s, this home is among the rare surviving residences from Midland’s early oil boom era. While only a handful of homes from before 1930 remain today, this one still stands proudly, offering a glimpse into the charm and craftsmanship of nearly a century ago. From its vintage architectural details to its location in the heart of Midland’s historic district, it is more than a place to stay, it is a living piece of the city’s story.
