When I contacted them to see if I could move my reservation to the next day they told me that I would have to contact Orbitz. I contacted Orbitz and Orbitz called the facility to see if they would move the reservation and they refused to either refund or adjust the reservation. I do not feel like I was treated fairly.

The room we stayed had bathroom that was not cleaned. The sink was dirty and had spots. The toilet bowl was not clean, still needed a good scrub. Overall stay was good. Breakfast was very enjoyable and kitchen staff during breakfast very nice

Quick stay prior to hopping on a plane next morning. Front desk staff was miserable. First girl we walked up to at 3pm snapped at us saying “if you wanna check in early you can’t. Check in is at 4pm no earlier. Rooms are still being cleaned we are full” the parking lot had 4 cars. No one was around and the hotel was empty. Never asked our name to check for our room. Then went back to playing on her phone. Next guy was not much more pleasant. Not even a hello. It was so weird. Meanwhile the breakfast girl was a total sweetheart and worked her ass off getting the breakfast ready for “all the people” there were 3. But she was the only one with a set of manners. Hotel was nice. Room was great.
