My flight was canceled and I wasn't going to be able to get there until the next day. When I contacted them to see if I could move my reservation to the next day they told me that I would have to contact Orbitz. I contacted Orbitz and Orbitz called the facility to see if they would move the reservation and they refused to either refund or adjust the reservation. I do not feel like I was treated fairly.

We flew in late and Ashley was the shuttle driver and our front desk agent. She was welcoming, so friendly, efficient and hospitable. She anticipated our needs and gave us so much helpful information. She said hello every time we came by the desk. Really superb employee.
