Upstairs, the open-plan living area forms the heart of the home, where two plush three-seater sofas invite you to stretch out and stream your favourite movie on the wall-mounted Smart TV. The fireplace adds warmth on cooler evenings, while a dedicated workspace with a desk, chair and monitor offers a convenient spot for work.

The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, bread maker and dishwasher, centred around a stylish island bench with bar stools. A tucked-away butler’s pantry adds extra storage with a microwave, kettle, toaster and wine rack. Nearby, the dining area features a sleek six-seater table and a bookshelf stocked with reads for both kids and adults.

For downtime and social moments, the property offers welcoming spaces both indoors and out. The games room features a pool table, Smart TV, split-system air conditioning, a two-seater sofa and a bean bag, creating an easy place to recharge after a day at the beach. Outside, the undercover alfresco is well suited to casual get-togethers with an eight-seater dining table, generous seating and a BBQ overlooking the lawn. Upstairs, the balcony provides a peaceful perch with two armchairs and a hanging egg chair, ideal for morning coffee or an evening drink.

The home offers four comfortable bedrooms. Upstairs, the primary includes a queen bed, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite. Downstairs, the second bedroom features a queen bed and a built-in wardrobe, while the third and fourth bedrooms each offer a single bed with a trundle. A twin sofa bed in the living area provides additional flexibility. The main bathroom includes a bathtub and a separate shower.

Please treat the our home as if it were your own. Kindly leave the property in a tidy condition upon departure. Unexpected additional cleaning cost will be forwarded to you.

$200AUD cleaning/deodorising fee charged if guest is found to have been smoking in the property.

CHECK OUT: Check out strictly at 10AM. Additional charges will be incurred for our cleaners time if not vacant upon their arrival. We charge $30AUD for the first 30 minutes, and $60AUD for every 30-minutes after this.

LOST KEYS/LOCKOUTS: Please keep the property key with you all the time during your stay. Lost key/emergency key delivery charges will be $180AUD plus key replacement fee or cost of a locksmith.

LOST PROPERTY: For any items left behind - the host will hold the item for a maximum of 30 days from check-out date after which time they will be considered abandoned and disposed of or donated. During the 30 day collection period, collection can be arranged by way of the guest providing a prepaid postage bag to a supplied address or the item can be collected in person at an agreed time and location.
