This great coastal home has sea views across to Middleton point and beyond from the front and an expansive view of the hills at the rear. This beach abode has 3 bedrooms, 2 near new bathrooms and 2 living rooms.
Metres to the water`s edge, the perfect swimming and surf retreat with sought after location and stunning sea views. Enjoy whale watching in winter and the scenery across the coast is always breathtaking.
Upstairs comprising of a huge, contemporary kitchen with a long island bench, plenty of cupboards, the chef`s kitchen overlooks the expansive open plan family/dining room and opens to good size front and back balcony for taking in the ocean and hills views.
Downstairs 2nd living space, 3 good size bedrooms, 2 new designer bathrooms and a laundry.
A great size back garden with basketball area the kids will love.
Important note: A security bond will be required for your stay. The bond will be refunded in full within 7 days of checkout, subject to the property being left in good condition.
