Just a brief 2-minute stroll past the reserve and you'll find yourself on the sandy surf beach, ready to soak up hours of fun in the sun.
Step inside and feel instantly at ease as you enter the light-filled and airy open plan living area, equipped with a smart TV and comfortable couches. Adjacent is the dining area, which comfortably seats eight, and a spacious, exceptionally well-equipped kitchen. The stunning views from this entire room create an enchanting atmosphere. Grab a novel from the bookcase and a cozy blanket from the basket, and you'll be in paradise. The kitchen features a Nespresso coffee pod machine, induction cooktop, Miele dishwasher, large pantry, spacious fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, toastie maker, and oven. Additionally, the kitchen tap is fitted with a filter, providing fresh, filtered water.
