Ocean Breeze is a newly built single storey three-bedroom plus study, holiday home in Middleton is just a short walk on flat ground to the local surf beach at Middleton Point or Chapman Road. Situated between Port Elliot and Goolwa there is plenty to see and do whilst relaxing in this beautiful home.
The Space:
The large open plan living/dining room includes comfortable lounges, a TV and a dining suite to seat six. There is a modern fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, electric cooking, microwave, Lavazza coffee pod machine and more. Enjoy an afternoon snack perched on the timber stools overlooking the kitchen area.
Bedroom one is very spacious with queen bed, built in robe, ceiling fan and a lovely ensuite with vanity, toilet and shower. There is access via a timber deck to the yard through the glass sliding doors.
Bedrooms two and three include a double bed, built in robe and both have a ceiling fan.
The study has a desk and ceiling fan.
There is a split system air conditioner in the living area.
The main bathroom has a shower and bath, there is a powder room with a separate toilet.
Laundry with washing machine.
Enjoy the afternoon see breeze on the large timber under cover deck whilst the children play on the lovely green lawn or cook up a BBQ for dinner.
The yard is fenced with plenty of room for games.
Driveway with double gates that will accommodate a car and boat.
