The staff and management are horrible. Charged me twice for room. When I asked for assistance with it the manager via phone yelled at me stating i can’t have his number… the staff called him on her phone. I asked for his boss contact information he wouldn’t give it to me. Said he would look into it at 8am when he came in. I have to leave by 8 am. He said he probably wouldn’t be in until 830-9. At check in I told staff I had paid via Orbitz. She said it didn’t matter and charged by card for another xxx without telling me. This place is filthy dirty. Bathroom mirror hasn’t been cleaned in months. I had to wear shoes in shower. DONT STAY HERE!

Since you can not put specifics I will say this. Charged more money than I originally paid when I got to the hotel. Not sure why, put should have been told if there was going to be an extra charge, as I was not the one checking in.
